6/10Our booking was at 9pm. We arrived at 9:02 we was sat down immediately. It then took exactly 1 hour and 3 minutes for them to come and take our drink order. When my partner alerted them to this issue there was no apology given. The lady just said I will tell me colleagues. A few minutes later someone came over to take our drinks order and when she asked what my partner would like to drink he stuttered a little and she said “have you forgot”. It took 20 minutes for the food to come out which was acceptable. However due to issues earlier in the night the overall experience was not acceptable. After we finished food we asked for the bill. We were then left waiting half an hour to receive the bill and I asked to pay. It concerns us who long we would have been waiting for the food and the bill had we not have asked. Overall very poor experience and we would not return again. We saw many complaints been made including our own. It’s a beautiful place but the service is ridiculous!

2/10My 70 year old mother was served 3 thighs of chicken in a stew tonight, which were completely UNCOOKED. The manager was unapologetic and she tried to blame my mother for not speaking up sooner about them giving her UNCOOKED chicken. We were all completely disgusted by the entire situation.

10/10Waaow, this place is really something special! The food, the drinks, the looks of the restaurant and the service is totally amazing! They are really patient with children and the children really lived there bunny pizza! They don't rush anything and they take there really there time for you!

6/10Lovely place very romantic setting the food was very bland tbh. Had to ask for parmigiano for our main dishes which slightly added to the flavour. Certainly wouldn't recommend.

5/10It was just not that nice. The pizzas were pretty bland with not much toppings on them. Had high hopes for those but felt you could have got better from one of the many local takeaways. My wife’s pasta dish resembled a thick soup.

3/10Upon arrival, the staff working here were all so grumpy looking and we did not feel welcomed at all. The lady who met us at the door didn't even smile or say hello. The customer service from all staff members was less than poor. After getting our table, it was 15 to 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. In fact, people who came in after us, had their orders taken while we were sitting there still waiting. The food once it did come wasn't overly exciting. My partner had the carbonara which was cold when it came out. And I had the pepperoni pizza which was not cut. I raised this with a staff member and they said one moment, and never returned to us. So we eventually started eating regardless of temperature and I had to eat the pizza with a knife and fork which was a challenge. The flavour of the food was decent. It is a shame these other factors let it down so much. Our biggest let down was customer service from all staff members.

8/10The restaurant was lovely , service from staff great . I was slightly disappointed with the food came out bit too quick. Felt like it was precooked. My lasagna definitely wasn’t made fresh nor was the free range chicken Alla - chicken wasn’t breast which was expecting it was 3 chicken drumsticks which were cold.

4/10We called into the restaurant the day before to let them know that we would be celebrating a birthday at our booking. We were told that they would make it special. We ordered our meal and let the waiter know that we'd be ordering deserts instead of starters. Main meals came and we enjoyed them. No one came and asked if we'd like to order desserts, and in the end we just asked for the bill. This was slamed down at the end of our table by the waitress. We spoke to someone on the way out about them " making it special" and apparently it wasn't noted on the booking.

4/10We visited here whilst on holiday the first visit was good so we decided near the end of the holiday to visit again What a disappointment the lady on front of house seemed to have a slight attitude and wasn’t welcoming at all, starter was very good but it was Italian meats and cheeses, the main was a complete let down had to wait for ages to get Parmesan cheese for my pasta (asked 4 times) by which time it was as cold, my husbands lasagne and was tasteless very poor ! We told the manager how we felt but he didn’t seem to care! The restaurant Savage which seems to share the bar so we assume linked is far better, they could teach them a lesson especially the front of house We definitely will not be coming back

2/10Woman manager all dressed in black with blonde pony tail is so rude to customers. Horrible place that makes people cry due to their own ego. Waited nearly 2 hours for our first plate because the order didn’t get to the kitchen. Lots of reviews about how rude the staff are - there is one man who runs around and does all of the orders / drinks / setting up while the women just stand around judging others.

6.5/10Have been at this restaurant many times previously & had a wonderful dining experience. This CANNOT be said for my recent meal. Average pre frozen meals that were NOT very appetising. The only thing that has not changed are the Beautiful surroundings. Will not be dining here again any time soon.

9/10The decor and food were lovely. Welcoming girl at entrance very nice. Young beautiful waitress was very disinterested in her job, waked around looking out at the street. When tried together her attention she turned her back. Once caught her attention she held up her finger, like scolding a child to say one minute. Waitresses and even waiter not so attentive. Waiter very attentive serving the bill and helping me understand about service charge. We went twice as my family loved the food and the decor! We all enjoyed the meals there!

2/10Meal was very slow coming out, our elderly mother didn’t get her until we had all finished and when it come out it was burnt, wrong drinks order, the blonde waitress was very rude to the point she started arguing with my sister over bringing her the wrong drink. Only thing that’s saved the night was that the food was delicious, but the staff need sacking

7/10We have been to Fiore many times last year. The restaurant is lovely to look at but this year it was very cold. The side screen were not in use so we were cold. I had the sea bass which was lovely but was not enough. It needed potatoes or something filling with it. The staff and service was as good as ever.

9/10This restaurant is an absolute gem, offering an exquisite dining experience with a stunning ambiance. The gnocchi and lasagna I tried were both delectable. However, the service could be improved. It took a considerable amount of time for our waiter to take our order (about 20-30 minutes) and another 20-30 minutes to bring the bill after we politely requested it twice.

2/10I have had nicer microwave meals from Tesco. The lasagna was mushy and had 0 flavour. We had to leave our cocktails behind as we could not even drink them. The bruschetta was bland and unseasoned. Overall quite a terrible experience at this restaurant.

10/10Booked for a surprise 18th Birthday. Service was brilliant the food was fantastic. The restaurant was absolutely stunning. And to finish it all off the staff sung happy birthday and gave the birthday girl a free dessert. Brilliant all round. Definitely recommend.
