10/10We visited Fiskebar for our wedding anniversary and loved it! The food was excellent and took us on an adventure, while the service and location was beautiful and always attentive!! Such an amazing experience! Go back for sure!!

10/10The restaurant was highly recommended by a colleague that had already dined there. I decided to take my wife for our wedding anniversary and we were both really happy for this decision! It was a culinary experience of the highest order. We chose the 5-course Nordic ”Journey” and were amazed by the quality, taste and creativity of the food (not to mention the wonderful presentation of the plates)! Everything was patiently explained to us by a very informative and polite staff, which added positively to the whole experience. The desert gave the final touch, as we had never thought anything could surprise us anymore. Alas, we were wrong; we found our pallets exploding with pleasure. I’m not an expert, but I can definitely say that to my humble opinion this restaurant deserves the time and money spent there, in every respect. Congratulations to the whole team!

8/10+1Restaurant is very beautiful, location is amazing. Quality of products is very high but… no written menu (it was a surprise menu) which made it difficult to follow. We had no main dish that we were aware off…all courses were cold…and some a bit dull. Wine! We have asked for some matching wines and even if there is no formal matching selection we have been offered a great selection nonetheless …and wine was amazing. Also very nice staff, we got a special treatment for birthday celebration.

10/10This is the best restaurant in Geneva ! The food is creative, elegant and absolutely delicious. Every dish is an invitation to a new discovery and each discovery is better than the other. The wine list is full of excellent ideas. The service is both friendly and highly professional and the setting is beautiful. My best dining experience in Geneva for the last 10 years.

10/10The four of us took the set menu and it was fantastic. Every dish was very tasty and was presented beautifully. The service was great and the restaurant was not noisy, enabling us to develop a nice conversation. Highly recommended!

10/10We had the 3 course menu with wine pairing. Very delicious. They adjusted the menu to be gluten free for celiac. I felt safe and had no issues afterwards, meaning there was no gluten contamination. The service was outstanding. They took the time to explain us and answer our questions about the food and the wine.

10/10Our family did the tasting menu at Fiskebar--what a delight! Every course was distinctive and delicious. The service was excellent and the ambience was refined, fresh and modern--not stuffy and not snobby. From the cocktails, to the courses, to the dessert, everything was a pleasure. The chef also visited at the end--she's a gracious and talented person. Thanks Fiskebar for a wonderful experience in Geneva!

10/10Both the food and the service were outstanding. Every fish was a work of art which tasted phenomenally good. Our servers, Alex and Sara, were nice, helpful, knowledgeable and effective. This restaurant is very highly recommended!

9.5/10We ate at Fiskebar in Geneva after 4 straight Michelin restaurants in Lyon. The food is on par with a starred restaurant. (Our waitress said they had a star before the pandemic. They deserve to get it back.) No table cloths, but they gave us a window table with a view of the Geneva fountain, which was very nice. The food has a Nordic influence, as does the decor. The room was well lit and quiet and the service very attentive without intrusiveness. We highly recommend Fiskebar.

7/10The food looked lovely, but unfortunately it did not taste very good. The combination of the various elements on the plates just didn't complement each other and beyond that the individual components weren't very good.

2/10This restaurant was astonishingly bad and our dining experience (a double wedding anniversary with friends, so admittedly we had high hopes for it) was only slightly redeemed by the (expensive but very yummy) pre dinner drinks served at Fred next door. We had the month’s cocktail and chocolate drink - both lovely. But our evening went downhill from there. Perhaps our dining experience would have been better if we had ordered the chef’s 3 or 6 course meal, but we chose the langoustine starter and ray main - both were underwhelming in terms of flavors, textures and plating. The sommelier never came to our table to advise us on a choice of wine. We chose not to have dessert. Luckily we were with wonderful friends who made the best of our time in that godawful place and who made us realize the ridiculousness of overpriced restaurants. Nobody needs this in their life!

10/10Truly amazing and creative food! Every time surprising and exceeding expectations. Truly amazing service as well: the chef, Francesca, checked in with us and was curious and interested in our experience. The waiters were very knowledgeable, reserved and very thoughtful. 10/10I dragged my husband to our first ever Michelin star experience, and we had no idea what to expect. He's less adventurous so went with the a la carte and chose the porkchop, a lobster roll and we both had the special dessert. I had the tasting menu. It was incredible. I would visit here again any time. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The ambience was amazing. The food was out of this world.

3/10Our waiter-Eric, was very polite, professional and just a nice person. Kitchen was staring at us for the whole dinner, which was uncomfortable, after we politely said that we didn’t like the first starter. Kitchen staff thinks that nobody can see them, but to be honest this was super noticeable when the cooks are starting at you.

10/10absolutely magical. You breathe a different air as soon as you enter. Welcomed with great courtesy by the waiters, and especially by Emanuele. The location of the restaurant allows a view of the beauties of Geneva, such as the jet D'eau or the lake. We chose the 5-course menu and were more than satisfied, from start to finish. The food was excellent and the recipes very interesting and original, so much so that we had to rediscover the taste of fish. After discovering the fish for the first time, the dessert arrives, it too leaves nothing to be desired, letting us go away with a dessert, also thanks to the affection of the staff by inserting a "joyouse anniversaire" to my partner. We were totally satisfied with the dinner and, had we had time, we would have returned. Once we left, thanks to the excellent location of the restaurant, we spent the evening visiting the city, having the Jet D'eau, the English gardens and les Bains de Paquis next door.

9.5/10A lovely experience. This us our third time visiting this restaurant. We requested a special table and they certainly delivered this with their star table in front of the window. We had previously gone with the tasting menu and this time decided to order a la carte. We really enjoyed our food choices which included lobster roll and mackerel with blueberries and mushrooms along with the amuse bouche, fluffy bread and butter, and palate cleanser at the end. The service was great. They forgot to provide us with the wine menu st first but that was the only thing. We had also a pre drink in the bar which in our opinion is a must for the Fiske experience as the cocktails and ambience is wonderful. I tried the salmon cocktail as I love experimental food and it was great. Would very much reccomend this restaurant and bar for a special experience.

10/10We visited Fiskebar on a rainy Tuesday evening, hoping for a bit of romance and delicious food and it did not disappoint! The staff was welcoming and highly informative about the chef’s project of excellent Nordic flavors, local ingredients, and zero waste. Out table looked out towards the lake, and we enjoyed a five course tasting menu beginning with fine caviar served with a cream based in lentils. A thin fish smorgasbord of salmon, clam, white fish, shrimp on a bed of book Chou followed, my favorite turning out to be sardines pickled in Yuzu and coriander seeds. An artichoke and various other vegetables followed including small bites of alimentation pauvre which were delicate and earthy at the same time. We then were served a cucumber sorbet and 6 delightful and well designed tiny dessert bites, my favorite being a lime mousse button atop a hazelnut crème— perfect with the house aquavit. All in all a beautiful and highly tasty performance. We will definitely visit again. And the waiter was kind enough to write the menu down for me so that I can remember the sequence and creativity of this restaurant and it’s chef,

4.5/10We had a fun dinner but the food was unfortunately a huge disappointment and to call it Scandinavian is completely wrong. The service was ok but couldn’t make up for the bad food experience.
