Everything is in perfect harmony—the atmosphere and the service alike. And then the food: a true feast for both the eyes and the palate—simple, refined, and excellently executed. A wonderful moment of pure pleasure. Thank you! !

Carpaccio Saint Jacques was overpowered by the cauliflower My wild maigre was old, had a very fishy flavor skin wasn’t crispy the accompaniment too salty. We were pretty much ignored service wise.

The restaurant delivered an excellent dining experience with attentive service and delicious dishes across the board. However, the special menu felt like a missed opportunity since it did not include vegetarian or pescatarian options.

We ordered two signature tasting menus, and they were just ok. Service was friendly although unexperienced. Atmosphere was modern and ‘chic’.

+1Chef Francesca takes it to the next level. Attention to detail is higher than ever, as her understanding of experimental and ancestral techniques. The flavors are frank but exceptionally balanced. Cannot recommend it more. It’s a culinary must-do when in Geneve.

Both delicious and creative. Very quiet inside and cheerful service. Caviar with miso ice cream, sea urchin, fried artichoke with truffles all 🤯🤯🤯

Everything is simply amazing! Attention to guests, food, service, atmosphere - can’t wish for more. We’ve celebrated the birthday of our son and they prepared a special cake for us (considering our lactose and gluten intolerance), which was delicious and precious as a gesture of special attention! We are very grateful to the whole team for this wonderful dinner!
