Chef Francesca takes it to the next level. Attention to detail is higher than ever, as her understanding of experimental and ancestral techniques. The flavors are frank but exceptionally balanced. Cannot recommend it more. It’s a culinary must-do when in Geneve.

Everything is simply amazing! Attention to guests, food, service, atmosphere - can’t wish for more. We’ve celebrated the birthday of our son and they prepared a special cake for us (considering our lactose and gluten intolerance), which was delicious and precious as a gesture of special attention! We are very grateful to the whole team for this wonderful dinner!

We visited Fiskebar for our wedding anniversary and loved it! The food was excellent and took us on an adventure, while the service and location was beautiful and always attentive!! Such an amazing experience! Go back for sure!!

The restaurant was highly recommended by a colleague that had already dined there. I decided to take my wife for our wedding anniversary and we were both really happy for this decision! It was a culinary experience of the highest order. We chose the 5-course Nordic ”Journey” and were amazed by the quality, taste and creativity of the food (not to mention the wonderful presentation of the plates)! Everything was patiently explained to us by a very informative and polite staff, which added positively to the whole experience. The desert gave the final touch, as we had never thought anything could surprise us anymore. Alas, we were wrong; we found our pallets exploding with pleasure. I’m not an expert, but I can definitely say that to my humble opinion this restaurant deserves the time and money spent there, in every respect. Congratulations to the whole team!

Restaurant is very beautiful, location is amazing. Quality of products is very high but… no written menu (it was a surprise menu) which made it difficult to follow. We had no main dish that we were aware off…all courses were cold…and some a bit dull. Wine! We have asked for some matching wines and even if there is no formal matching selection we have been offered a great selection nonetheless …and wine was amazing. Also very nice staff, we got a special treatment for birthday celebration.

This is the best restaurant in Geneva ! The food is creative, elegant and absolutely delicious. Every dish is an invitation to a new discovery and each discovery is better than the other. The wine list is full of excellent ideas. The service is both friendly and highly professional and the setting is beautiful. My best dining experience in Geneva for the last 10 years.

The four of us took the set menu and it was fantastic. Every dish was very tasty and was presented beautifully. The service was great and the restaurant was not noisy, enabling us to develop a nice conversation. Highly recommended!

Mind blowing creations from presentation to taste. Exceeded our expectations. We were treated like royalty and could not have left happier or more satisfied. Most deserving of a Michelin rating.
