8/10Small menu so not suitable for "fussy" eaters. We enjoyed an excellent meat ravioli that the cook graciously split into 2 portions in advance. Main course was fish, perfectly prepared, and I ordered the vegetarian eggplant which was quite exceptional. By combining the 2 dishes 50/50, we created the perfect meal. Dinner for 2 incl. a glass of wine was CHF 134 excl. dessert and coffee.

5/10Really it does not match in my opinion the Michelin rank, fron several dishes only a fish was really well cooked, a chicken pollo was not cooked well inside you see red blood , the terrine was disapointed

We are very sorry to read your comment, as there was nothing during dinner to suggest that you did not enjoy certain courses, however we fully understand that although we offer a menu with a wide choice of dishes, we cannot satisfy everyone's taste. Regarding value for money, which you judged to be high, you opted for a four-course tasting menu with wine pairings, the cost of which is indicated on the menu. We would like to point out that the prices are absolutely in line with restaurants of a similar category in the city centre and with similar characteristics to ours. 10/10We wanted a memorable meal in Lugano and we got it with Flamel!. I took my family there mid week and it was exactly what I was hoping for in terms of ambiance: elegant, but not stuffy or pretentious with a good amount of other diners mid-week so it was not empty. The service was very attentive and our waiter had excellent recommendations for us. Last but not least, the food was exceptional. The homemade pasta was perfect, the sauces/accompaniments we very creative and the desert was heavenly! I highly recommend it.

8/10Dinner at the restaurant since we were staying at hotel. Wheat bread was tasty, but breadsticks tasted stale. Cauliflower and artichoke appetizer was quite good, but a couple and their dog were sat near us and that was not good for ambience or hygeine. Pumpkin autumn main dish was actually good but just overpriced in my opinion.

8.5/10Beautifully prepared dishes and staff had good attention to detail when it can to the very long list of dietary restrictions and allergies for our table. We had the tasting menu for 4 and had 2 vegan and 2 vegetarian with multiple allergies to account for and they did a wonderful job. Every course was beautiful and tasty and the cocktails were also great!

10/10Really top level gastronomic dining, the use of herbs from their own garden does not get in the way of well executed cuisine. It complements excellent dishes rather than forcefully taking center stage as some restaurants' culinary specialization sometimes does. Good wine selection and excellent guidance from sommelier Riccardo, he can be blindly trusted to suggest a great pairing from the lesser-known producers he personally selected. overall 10/10
