+2It was a good experience and enjoyed trying new flavour combinations. They take care to cater for food restrictions and confirm before the menu is chosen at the start of the meal (4 v 6 courses) - I wish some of the variations where an ingredient is used in different ways have felt less gimmicky as it was too much "declination" across entrees and main and some times did not feel so different. The desserts were absolutely spectacular and very fresh and tasty!

We came with high expectations given its Michelin star, but the experience was disappointing. The 6-course menu took nearly 3 hours — the pacing between dishes was extremely slow, and it was clear there wasn’t enough staff to keep up with the level of service expected at a place like this. The food was well-executed but lacked any real surprise or excitement for the palate. And the ambiance was virtually nonexistent — the space felt flat and lifeless. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the reputation.

+1I visited for the Valle du Rhône tasting menu and was not disappointed. The staff are professional, expertly knowledgeable, and attentive. The dining room was unpretentious yet elegant. Each course and the wine pairing were presented with care and the staff invited further discussions that led to more depth to the entire experience. The foie gras, pigeon, and cheese courses shined for me, but I enjoyed each one. And then there was the wine. Oh, the wine! They paired effortlessly and always left me wanting for more. Sensing my wine snobbery, the sommelier left the bottles and decanters on my table after each pour, which gave an extra layer of depth to the experience. The entire evening was magnificent and never hurried. This amazing restaurant is a must for me on my next trip to Paris.

5/10We were excited to try this Michelin-starred restaurant, but the experience fell short. As vegetarian and vegan diners, we received repetitive vegetable-based dishes with no protein or creativity. Service felt cold and disengaged, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable — the room was warm, the chairs were heavy, and the table was too cramped. We were also surprised by hidden charges, like €9 for a bland tea. Overall, the meal lacked flavor, variety, and hospitality. Disappointing, and not reflective of what we expect from a Michelin-rated experience.

9/10First time at this Michelin Star restaurant. I selected the 4 service menu. Overall the meal was nicely prepared. The entree was a little light on the quantity with a tablespoonful of cauliflower puree that indeed melted in your mouth and a few razor thin slices of cauliflower. The first main course was ONE white asparagus split in half with a three small slices of nicely seared mackerel. The second main course was nicely prepared cod (but served with mashed potatoes ... really in a Michelin Star restaurant?). For me the best course was the rhubarb strawberry dessert with a "sloppy canal" of ice cream. I would come back because at just under 80 euros, the meal met me expectations of value. But execution and creativity have room to move up.

5.5/10Overall, left unimpressed and disappointed by Fleur de Pavé. After a poorly-paced 4 hour meal with multiple 10-20 minute gaps in service, I was scratching my head at how they received any Michelin-level recognition. Of the first few courses, the theme was bland, with some recovery in the monkfish (still slightly overcooked and bland), and lamb dishes. Desserts were okay. Multiple times, I craned my neck around looking for someone to fill my empty water glass, settling on being patched for a while. While this restaurant does have the distinction of being one of the more affordable Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, my guest and I were ready to wrap things up 2 hours into the experience.

The food was very unique and really wowed our flavor palettes! Presentation was a beautiful work of art. We did not know if we wanted to eat it, or just stare and admire it all day. Will definitely visit again!
