10/10I recently dined at The Forma, and it was a delightful experience. The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was prepared with care and tasted wonderful. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and charming, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. A special mention goes to our waiter, who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Their warm demeanor really added to the overall positive experience. 10/10Excellent food. The servings are large, so we shared the primo piatti (risotto) and the secondi (tuna) and we had still enough. We also had a starter each. They have a considerable wine list (99% italian wines) and helped us to select wines by the glass to the different dishes, that in all turned out to be a really great and cheap dinner.

10/10The food was wonderful, both in terms of type and style of dishes and quality of the ingredients. The high level of professionalism in the kitchen makes it pure enjoyment. The service is excellent and helpful. The wine recommendations (Franciacorta and a Vermentino from the region) were very good. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very "homely", elegant but not intrusive - just very inviting and pleasant. The price-quality ratio is correct. I fully recommend it!

8.5/10The tasting menu was fun but there is so much on this menu that looks good… this was our fort time there for a pre cruise dinner.. I see why Michelin give s it a bib gourmand..maybe it’s an Italian thing but a couple brought their 3 year old and she was screaming and threw a fit and ran into the kitchen while the parents didn’t do much…lots of creativity in the food but the chef is over reliant on crème as it appeared in too many courses….seems to bee the nicest restaurant in the area and was surprised to be the only non locals in there and that was nice… if your looking for creative cuisine and a fun menu and a beautiful atmosphere this is definitely worth a meal!! Good value in the tasting menu for sure

9/10Great atmosphere and great service (minus wine understanding). The issue we had here was expectations and so maybe the issue is ours alone. We've been to Michelin rated restaurants (ranging from a mention to 3 stars). The food at Forma was very good, but just not at the level similar to previous rated restaurants we've been to before. That being said, the bill was 1/5 what we have paid before (1/15 in the case of Alinea) although it did cost $5k to get to Italy). Everything we had was with truffles and our expectation was the normal bold and delicious black/white truffle flavor. In this case they were present, there was A LOT of them, but that distinctive flavor was not there. It's likely that there's a difference between what we're used to and what this was and we'll accept that as immaturity. Nonetheless, I would recommend Forma, just with minor reservations (don't ask for wine advice)

10/10Thursday night we had an amazing dinner at Forma. It’s our third trip to Italy and it was our best dinner yet. We chose the five course tasting menu. They offer a three, five and eight course tasting menu.

10/10What a wonderful hidden gem on a lovely side street in this beautiful coastal city. The food was so fresh, inventive and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and welcoming. We sat outside since the weather was perfect but the interior is very chic. Highly recommended.

10/10I booked my trip to this lovely seaside town just to eat at Forma. It was amazing!!! I knew I was in for a treat the minute I sat. The unique use of a bolt to hold the silver off the table made a great first impression. Then the menu... First two amuse-bouse arrived. I chose the Sea Egg and Pork Belly (my favorite). The flavors were incredible. The presentation is fantastic! It's definitely a winner!

7/10Food was nicely innovative interpreting Italian classics in new way. For my taste there could be more acidic elements that would fresh up the flavors (like lemon in vitello tonnata. Biggest problem for me was the pasta dishes- and same time those were the most innovative. Example in my sea urchin pasta were no single piece of sea urchin but only sauce that tasted heavily to sea urchin. That is nice idea but doesn’t really work for whole primi piatti.

10/10This restaurant is amazing. It serves Italian food with a modern twist and everything we had was superb. You have to pre book as it gets very busy with local trendy Italians. They have an excellent wine list too which were reasonably priced for the standard of the restaurant. Truly an amazing find.
