Food outstanding. We had octopus and risotto and shrimp. Plentiful portion and really nicely prepared. Service was exceptional. Sampled wine before purchasing. House wine excellent. Highly recommend. Great value.

Service is great and very friendly service. Starter was excellent and the main course was very good for me. My wife had the risotto which was maybe a little bit too creamy. De vanilla ice desert with crumble was very nice and tastefully, simple but very good and full of vanilla flavor.

We had a lovely meal in a really fun atmosphere with great service - thanks very much! The restaurant specialises in fish (which was excellent) but I had the sirloin steak which was perfectly cooked and really good value too!

We were back after having New Year’s Eve dinner here two years ago and it was equally good! But this time the team had to deal with a two hour power outage, which made their efforts even more commendable. Duarte and the team deserve the best of compliments! The tuna ceviche was perfect as was the duck breast . We have been many times to Frade Dos Mares . The food is always delicious and we rate it as one of the best restaurants in Lisbon . We had very attentive service from our waitress Ruby.

My husband and I visited Frade Dos Mares twice during the week we were in Lisbon and enjoyed both visits, both the wonderful food and the inviting ambiance. The Portuguese seafood was a special treat. We hope to visit Lisbon and Frade Dos Mares again.
