10/10Nice small fish restaurant perfectly situated, in a not too touristy location with great food and very pleasant waiters ! Wiki was very good at his job, spoke even some Dutch words and made it an enjoyable experience ! We recommend the place.

10/10The food was super good and the service was just perfect. Our server Douglas was very friendly and kind. He took care of our table during the whole dinner. We ordered polvo and bacalhau, and both of them were so tender and tasty.

10/10We loved Frade Dos Mares. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the food was extremely tasty (we had the best octopus in Lisbon) and the service was excellent, thanks to Wiki, who gave us great recommendations. We had a great lunch and would love to come back.

10/10+1We visited the restaurant for lunch. Although it is hidden behind the construction panels for the new metro line it cannot be missed. Our waiter Wiki was very friendly and quick. We had the sheep melted cheese as a starter, the clams and the tuna loin as main course and the chocolate mouse with ginja and the fylo pastry with framboise ice cream and fruits of the forest compote. Everything was amazingly delicious. The balance between the ingredients was absolutely perfect. We will definitely visit again.

10/10I had a last minute reservation change due to my mother’s health. Unfortunately she was suffering through food poisoning and couldn’t make it to NYE dinner with me. The restaurant was very understanding and accommodated my change and only charged for my portion. Given that I was late to the reservation caused by NYE traffic (3 Ubers canceled me), I had to run/walk 40 min to the restaurant from opposite side of town. Food came out fast and I was still able to enjoy NYE despite all the obstacles (literal obstacles on the walk there as well since roads were blocked even for foot traffic at some point). Excellent food, excellent service. 10/10 recommend!

8.5/10Generous portions. The octopus salad was fantastic. The octopus main course was a generous portion. However , one piece of octopus was chewy the other was very tender. I would have given my review a 5 star if not for the inconsistency of the octopus

9/10Wonderful restaurant, tasty food and friendly staff. The one thing I did notice is that portion sizes are not uniform as I visited two weeks ago and ordered the same meal (duck breast) and the difference in portion was very much noticeable. Great anyway

10/10This is lovely restaurant. Our server was very chatty and friendly, and was happy to recommend a wine to my husband. The food was delicious, from the prawn starter, which we shared, to the main courses - octopus and prawn risotto. We had no room for dessert, so sad, but finished our wonderful meal with ginjinha, served in a chocolate cup. Yummy. We highly recommend this place - great decor, really friendly staff, and scrumptious food!
