Degustation menu of fish. Very good tuna tartare. Awfull FREGOLA with not fresh seafood. Bad cooked and not fresh sea bass. The maitre was stubborn and very unpolite. The wine list too expensive. The service very unprofessional. I asked to stop the menu after my complain about Fregola but the maitre insisted to get the payment for all the menu. The restaurant was almost empty. A clear sign that the quality is very low. I inform the Maitre that I lived 11 years in Sardinia and I can easily state that they don’t represent the quality of Sardinian cuisine

For my final evening in Italy, I chose to dine at Frades Porto Cervo - Milano, a Sardinian gem that proved a sublime farewell. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere enveloped me—the gentle music, warm lighting, and elegant decor created a setting both refined and inviting. The service was impeccable: gracious, attentive, and sincere. I opted for the land-based tasting menu, laced generously with freshly shaved truffles—each course a delicate, earthy revelation. The flavours were vibrant yet balanced, capturing the soul of Sardinian cuisine with finesse and flair. As I savoured the last bite, a thought took root: I must go to Sardinia. This meal didn’t just satisfy—it inspired. A perfect, poetic end to an unforgettable journey.

5/10Food was very moderate, tartar without any adds, just raw meat (not the best one). Spaghetti with lobster- good bisk and pasta, but nothing special. While from lobster there was like 20g of lobster meat. What was really negative surprise- we ordered white wine and received that totally warm!!! Asked to put it on ice and meanwhile to serve “definitely an ice-cold champagne “. And - surprise again- it was not cold again! Just to add- first starter arrived in 40 minutes after ordering. And wine even after that!

10/10The service was just impeccable. The host and hostess made us feel at home immediately. The dishes were amazing, starting from the appetizer to the main dish. We liked how the dishes looked amazing and were also very yummy (anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte 😏). Absolutely recommended.

9/10Absolutely lovely! Food fantastic very well priced set menus plus extensive a la carte. Fabulous wine list with excellent Sardinian selection and great advice from the wine waiter who was so lovely! Only reason marked down on ambiance was it was very quiet despite being busy in Milan . Hoping to visit their other restaurant in Sardinia x

10/10We "discovered" this restaurant through the Fork and were glad that we did. Who knew that Sardinian food was so interesting and delicious? The food, the service, the atmosphere were all so delightful that we have eaten here three times in two weeks.
