The service was so great. We sat outside and it was nice, but outside seemed very cozy. We had the “gently smoked goose” and it was unbelievably delicious. Our other dishes were great too but that was the most notable.

6.5/10The restaurant is rather small so the tables are quite close to each other. Our appetizers and desserts were fine. For the main dishes we both ordered lamb chops and we both thought that they were tough.

10/10The food which absolutely delicious- we all choose different options and everyone agreed the food was beyond compare. However it was the staff , especially Pascale who made our visit to this restaurant memorable. Thank you Pascale for making a great evening in Bologna even more memorable. Absolutely worth a visit if you come to this beautiful city.

4/10Made our reservation online and discovered on arrival that due to a large party booked for the same evening, we had to sit outside under an awning in a thunderstorm. A car was parked facing our table with its emergency lights flashing in our faces during the entire dinner. Service was desultory at best and we were served and charged for two first courses when we only ordered one to share. The main dishes we ordered were only fair compared to the excellent ones we ordered on a previous visit to the restaurant a week earlier. Very disappointed.

10/10We celebrated our granddaughter’s 14th birthday in this highly recommended restaurant. We have delicious meals, great attentive service in a very comfortable interior setting. The dining room was very nicely appointed and upscale. All in all, we’ll return to this fine dining establishment anytime we are in Bologna.

10/10Amazing little gem hidden away on the narrow streets of Bologna. Everything was perfect from the food to the ambience. The wait staff was extremely attentive and very professional. Highly recommend.

5/10The table for three people is too small, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, one person has to stand up to allow another customer to pass through because the tables are set too close together, leaving no room for passage.

10/10HAD TO GO BACK! My wife and I usually do not visit the same restaurant twice in one trip. Franco Rossi restaurant was an exception. Nice Local place family owned since 1975. Local vibe is great. We had to try different meals. It was all so good. Asparagus risotto , Beef cheeks, traditional tagliatelle Bolognese. The first night. Red Tuna carpaccio, Grilled lamb ribs, Rigatoni Carbonara. A must try. Recommend a reservation. Locals start coming. On the Fork site works well. Buon Appétit 🇮🇹

A restaurant with potential… but they sadly doesn’t focus enough on the wine.. 3 of the 4 courses where delicious (soufflé, sea bass and panna cotta.) The 4th course was braised cheeks of veal. The meat was tender, but the sauce where way to salty.. a shame. The staff where very friendly and helpful.. And although it was a busy evening, they where attentive and didn’t leave anyone waiting. Sadly thy lack of focus on wine. Overall a experience just above mediocre..
