From the food to the service everything was perfect!

The first course was a complete bol of burrata ( not the best , but dry) with 6 half cherry tomato's. This is not a dish. These are 2 products on a plate. The tagliatelle al ragu was very dry and had little taste. Disappointing !

Service is nice and the primi/ pasta are really nice. But the mains were just OK and I suspect a lot of people go because they like John Grisham . Not bad but for the “food capital of Italy”, could be more impressive. Bookstore next door is worth a visit— Librario Trame

I booked a table for 2, they have seating on ground level and in the basement. The seating on the ground level was half full yet they told us to sit downstairs because they were fully booked even though we had a reservation. They then let us come back upstairs after we mentioned we had a reservation again. Service and food was okay, nothing special but definitely not bad either. When I came to the bill they put 4 x cover charge even though there was just the two of us.

Welcoming staff, good ambiance and elegant décor. Service was prompt and courteous and the food good, although the lasagna was rather salty for our taste.

Yes it offered more meat and different food than most Bologne restaurants and quite nice..we expected better but it was nice .The lady serving was very friendly but the chap wasn't really approachable...

Food was good. Service could have been better. Waiter was good may have been busy . Later Imran was great. Great conversation and enjoyed his company

The long-simmered beef cheek is amazing! It was also nice to be welcomed back by our waiter, who remembered us from a few weeks ago.

We had tagliatelle bolognaise and veal kidney. Both excellent. Very good wine. All reasonably priced.

The service was so great. We sat outside and it was nice, but outside seemed very cozy. We had the “gently smoked goose” and it was unbelievably delicious. Our other dishes were great too but that was the most notable.

The restaurant is rather small so the tables are quite close to each other. Our appetizers and desserts were fine. For the main dishes we both ordered lamb chops and we both thought that they were tough.

Excellent food, whether primi or segundi, and divine desserts! Good and professional service. We were alone in the downstairs room, therefore very quiet.

The food which absolutely delicious- we all choose different options and everyone agreed the food was beyond compare. However it was the staff , especially Pascale who made our visit to this restaurant memorable. Thank you Pascale for making a great evening in Bologna even more memorable. Absolutely worth a visit if you come to this beautiful city.
