7.5/10I have always enjoyed visiting your caffe and have tried many different dishes over time — everything has always been incredibly delicious. However, during my last visit, I ordered the nachos with guacamole, and I was very disappointed with the guacamole. It tasted like it was store-bought and simply mixed with some chopped tomatoes and peppers. The avocado flavor was barely noticeable, and there was no texture typical of freshly made guacamole. Instead, it resembled a generic supermarket guacamole paste. I strongly recommend paying closer attention to how the guacamole is prepared. It should have the distinct taste and texture of real, fresh avocado. This is something your guests will certainly appreciate.

5/10Employee that was there was essentially ignoring us. Brought us cold food. Didnt want to close the door (it was really cold and windy outside, and we were with our backs turned against the door entrance). Requested another seat, no seats were available and people were complaining about the door also. Really bad experience, food was ok.

Loved it. Even without the promo the prices round the same. Had the red velvet and egg and bacon pancakes. Definitely the red velvet are the best. For drink just an açai smoothie. Good if you like açai but don’t want to ask a bowl and overeat. 10/10.

After traveling to Lisbon on an overnight flight from the United States, we selected this Caffe based upon reviews. We were not disappointed. The vibe was warm, welcoming and the menu offered was healthy and delicious. My husband’s chicken sandwich was crispy and ensconced in a delectable brioche bun. In turn, my salmon burger was fresh with a fantastic aioli, also on a pillowy brioche bun. Go…the food is fantastic!

6/10I booked it with a 50% fork week promotion to the earliest possible time. I got there one hour before and I was told I couldn’t get the discount because I was there too early. I get that I was early to the reservation but they could sTill have applied the discount, it was their choice not to which is an extremely poor customer service. 100% Won't be coming back

8.5/10The open toast I had was really good (chicken and bacon) and the staff were pretty nice. The space has a great vibe with a mixture of vibrant and smooth colors. One less positive thing was the dessert (lemon merengue pie) which for me didn't meet expectations - it was too sweet and not so lemony. Something that I would definitely change is the cutlery that is exposed on the tables for self service. Anyone can touch it, it's not protected in any form and I didn't like that, I find it a bit disgusting.

7/10Friendly service but the food was a bit disappointing… the Balthazar in the city center is better… We asked for Salmon Toasts and the bread wasn’t toasted at all… so why do they call it toasts in the menu?!? The cake of the day red velvet, asked by my friend, was quite dry… so it should not be from “that day”, the pancakes with banana were good. Don’t think I’ll be back…
