2.5/10We made reservations by fork. We thought that we will get %50 discount in total price but we couldn’t. When we made reservation it was written that we will get %50 discount. So disappointing… Other than that the service was terrible. You tell something to waitress they do it years later.. I do not use fork for the first time. But this place was the most terrible place i have ever been. I do not recommend anyone.

7.5/10The service was a bit confusing, new team members that do not know the menu well, and lack of team or experience as our orders stayed 15 min in the balcony ready to be served and no one brought them to the table. Pancakes came cold. Hope they improve again their service as they used to have before.

7/10Total scam! On The Fork, the restaurant advertises a 50% discount on the menu. In reality, when it came time to pay, we were given a bill “with a discount,” but every single item was charged at the full menu price. In other words, there is no discount at all — it’s a fake promotion used just to lure customers and collect reviews. This is pure fraud. The owners deliberately mislead their guests and use The Fork only as a marketing tool. The food and service cannot make up for the feeling of being blatantly cheated. Absolutely not recommended!

5.5/10Food was good, nothing extraordinary. The main purpose of the reservation was to have brunch with the 30% discount. When we arrived it was informed to us that the discount doesn't apply to Brunchs, it was really disappointing because in any place on the application it was advised that. At the end, we didn't have any type of discount as we went there to have brunch, also the guy that was taking our order basically forgot that we asked for 2 brunchs so he only bring one and we needed to wait for the 2nd one. We asked for "meia de leite" and it was told to us that they only have cappuccino, we agreed to have 2 cappuccinos but these were the most expensive cappuccinos of my life :) 4.5€ EACH. I was hopping for a good experience even so, it was not.

6.5/10Service was very slow, made us miss our movie, they apologized at the end which is nice but it still wasn’t a great experience, the food was good just one problem with the salmon bowl which was the portion size, that was certainly not a bowl of any type.

I had an excellent experience at Garden Baltazar Café. The food was outstanding, featuring high-quality ingredients and generous portions. The atmosphere is cool and inviting, making it a great place to relax. Additionally, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive vibe. Highly recommend!

I really liked the service. I needed to change my reservation at the last minute, so I called them while I was on my way there. There was no problem, though; they changed the scheduled time to later, and everything worked out in the end. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the food was excellent. Overall, I had a great experience.
