Very slow service. Of the four dishes we ordered, one was excellent, one was average, and the risotto, which we had to order for a minimum of two people, was very bad. We expected more considering the earlier ratings.

The location and mood were delightful, quiet and warm. Nicely located near the center or town and a short but picturesque walk from the station. The food was authentic and delicious (I mean, we are in Italy) and the service was super friendly.

When we arrived at the restaurant, the manager informed us that the kitchen had already closed and that it would not be possible to serve us... We had planned this reservation for a long time and it was our first meal upon arrival after a journey of more than 12 hours....

Dear Élcio, I’m sorry to read your review, but I feel the need to clarify the situation. Your reservation was made just a few minutes before our kitchen’s closing time. Despite this, I kindly accompanied you across half the city on foot to help you find another place to dine. It’s quite surprising to receive such a harsh rating from someone who never actually stepped inside the restaurant or experienced our food or service. I understand your frustration after a long trip, but leaving a public 2-star review under these circumstances seems unfair and unhelpful.
