2/10When we arrived at the restaurant, the manager informed us that the kitchen had already closed and that it would not be possible to serve us... We had planned this reservation for a long time and it was our first meal upon arrival after a journey of more than 12 hours....

Dear Élcio, I’m sorry to read your review, but I feel the need to clarify the situation. Your reservation was made just a few minutes before our kitchen’s closing time. Despite this, I kindly accompanied you across half the city on foot to help you find another place to dine. It’s quite surprising to receive such a harsh rating from someone who never actually stepped inside the restaurant or experienced our food or service. I understand your frustration after a long trip, but leaving a public 2-star review under these circumstances seems unfair and unhelpful. That said, should you ever wish to truly experience what we offer, I would be happy to welcome you properly. Kind regards Gardena
