I took my sister to this charming quirky restaurant last week and we were very impressed. Aurora took us into her care and patiently translated for us including all the phases of preparation which make their dishes unique. The highlight was the ‘fake’ cheese eaten alongside their caponata. Just delicious, delicate and very well matched. A real discovery of a place, I will certainly be back soon and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in fermentation, plant based food and just a generally surprising place in the best sense, including the bill!
