Located inside the enchanting Castello di San Marco, Giardino di Pietra restaurant offers an elegant atmosphere, attentive staff, and exquisitely crafted dishes, both in taste and presentation. The baccalà with mint ice cream; Shrimp tartare and the red snapper crusted with cuttlefish ink, served in a clam and saffron reduction, deliver a refined and intriguing balance of flavors. The highlight of the evening was the Pluma pork, accompanied by a garnish of sea urchin and other delicate elements an absolute must try delicacy. To finish, a Sicilian herbal liqueur served with star anise and rose petals provided a truly unforgettable ending. Definitely, I will back!

Came here for special birthday. The staff were very welcoming on arrival. The food was to an excellent standard. The service was in impeccable. The wine and the drinks were very good quality. we were very pleased to have chosen this place for our special evening. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend..
