9/10the setting is spectacular. a 17th century castle right by the beach renovated tastefully. food and wine selection outstanding. not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for.

10/10Located inside the enchanting Castello di San Marco, Giardino di Pietra restaurant offers an elegant atmosphere, attentive staff, and exquisitely crafted dishes, both in taste and presentation. The baccalà with mint ice cream; Shrimp tartare and the red snapper crusted with cuttlefish ink, served in a clam and saffron reduction, deliver a refined and intriguing balance of flavors. The highlight of the evening was the Pluma pork, accompanied by a garnish of sea urchin and other delicate elements an absolute must try delicacy. To finish, a Sicilian herbal liqueur served with star anise and rose petals provided a truly unforgettable ending. Definitely, I will back!
