Amazing tasty experience. It’s a small place and the attention to detail and you as the customer is wonderful. We decided to go “off plate” and chose a number of plates outside the tasting menu (which also looked good) and truly provided our taste buds a great experience .

10/10Great experience! We are trying to eat at all of the Michelin star restaurants in Rome and this one is not to be missed. Very approachable, without being too casual. The chef/owner creates some very unique dishes. The tasting menu was fantastic and quite filling with all of the accompaniments. While this is not a vegetarian restaurant they do offer a vegetarian tasting menu as an option. The service was immediate without being rushed. The wine list was phenomenal. fantastico!

+1Chef greeted us as soon as we arrived. The atmosphere was simple and modern. The wait staff were very attentive and explained each dish and wine pairing beautifully. Each course was excellent and surprising. The mini ravioli were a flavor explosion and a delight.

10/10Virginia!!! I let her pick my meal for the evening. She was uncomfortable at first but asked me about any allergies or things I didn’t care for, I filled her in and she delivered the most memorable evening in Rome. Kudos to Chef Christine and her team

+2I chose Glass Hostaria for my 30th birthday dinner while visiting Rome. It did not disappoint. I chose the tasting menu and wine pairing. Each dish was so thoughtfully created and plated. The wines were all delicious and paired elegantly with the designated course. I particularly enjoyed the main course pork dish and the pasta course. Chef Bowerman took her time to greet each table and inquire about their evening and experience. The entire night made it evident why this restaurant has been granted a Michelin star.

Service was okay until mains we then finished our mains which weren’t cleared away for 30 mins then had to wait for another 40 mins for the dessert to be served total was nearly 1h20 from mains to dessert. We mentioned this and gave us a glass of fizz each FOC but dosent really do much to help. The food in general was well cooked and throughly enjoyed but the service and seemingly lack of staff to cover was a real shame

10/10Incredible service, food and ambiance. A nice break from the chaos of the neighborhood. I love when food can be creative and elevated without the stuffy environment. Gorgeous dishes with an incredible palate, always something that’s surprising or unexpected. Will absolutely recommend, this was the eating highlight of our two week trip.

10/10This place was amazing! We're not super well versed in this type of cuisine, and it was so exciting. The food was bizarre and so fun! The experience was great; our waiter helped us to pair wonderful wines with our food, the chef came out to chat with us, and we got to try so many little bites. Spherical Bloody Mary? Passion fruit curd shaped like an ear of corn? They put miso in what? Delightful!
