Food tasted good , it was a burger and chips so couldn't really go wrong. We did book a table before hand but they had not reserved a table, luckily someone was leaving. You have to go to counter to order , plus pay for ketchup it was quite pricey and 20 % surcharge ! It was a nice burger and fries but lots of nice restaurants with table service, and better value for money.

we had a reservation hooked for the 31st of december and it was accepted but once we got there, there was no table available and we had to wait for one hour on the cold outside.

I already know the rest, but I looked on the web and it says that could be possible to make a reservation, I made it, and when I came with my friend there is no reservation, they told me that they don't accept reservation from any where.
