5/10we had a reservation hooked for the 31st of december and it was accepted but once we got there, there was no table available and we had to wait for one hour on the cold outside.

8/10I already know the rest, but I looked on the web and it says that could be possible to make a reservation, I made it, and when I came with my friend there is no reservation, they told me that they don't accept reservation from any where.
