3/10Very very slow service and food is full of mayonnaise. All waiter is Thailandese or Philosophers. Not Spanish cuisines

That said, more than 98% of the feedback we receive highlights how quick and attentive our service is, so it may simply be that your personal preference is for an even faster pace. In general, the average time guests spend dining with us is around two hours, which is quite normal for a relaxed dinner experience in Barcelona. As for the food, some dishes do include mayonnaise as part of the recipe, but we’re always happy to guide our guests through the menu ( which is *Mediterranean, Fusion & Spanish* ) to find something to their taste. Lastly, just to clarify, our team is Filipino, *not Thai*. We’re proud of the warmth, professionalism, and dedication they bring. In fact, much of Barcelona’s hospitality industry relies on the hard work of Filipino professionals. We truly appreciate your visit and your comments, and we’ll continue striving and *working hard* to offer the best possible experience. Best

Even before we went to dinner, I get a message from the manager confirming my booking. I asked if the restaurant was wheelchair accessible and I was told that they've created an accessible table for. The manager, Paul, was great because he was able to make my booking a little later and on arrival he greeted us. All the staff were very friendly and worked very well as a team. The food was really good. We had a great evening, so much so that we went back again another night. They were very nice and although there were no mocktails on the menu they adapted one of their cocktails for me. If we go back to Barcelona again, we will definitely go back to Gran Viana for a meal.

10/10The food and services was top notch! I have celiac disease and they prepared each of our dishes GF and they were delicious and I had no issues afterwards! The owner and staff are all fantastic! Really great dishes and sangria!

10/10We loved the Gran Viana! Fantastic food. We had the beef cheeks and the small ribeye steak, with a bottle of local wine that was so good! We're from wine country in California and many wines seems too light, but the Prohom "Experimental" was fantastic, and a great value! Service was wonderful and my wife found the ambiance very romantic.

Great service, quaint and elevated vibe, and the food was amazing! We had the patatas bravas which were crisp and delicious with a wonderful creamy sauce, the black angus cannelloni which was absolutely melt in your mouth rich and decadent, and the seafood paella which was the main star we came for, filled with shrimp, mussels, squid, and more and was cooked perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, it’s a little off the main drag back in the Gothic quarter and well worth the small detour down some of the smaller alley streets!

10/10Food was as good as we expected - if not more! the roasted octopus with prawns and potato was amazing. Whilst we did this all full marks the ony downside was the menu on line - it meant having to keep scrolling through the menu to order your food - please bring back the traditional printed menus!! Call me old school!

You walk in and the space is well thought out and designed. You are greeted by the team. You are seated immediately, and provided menus, wifi. We ordered a "Coconut lips" cocktail and it was the BEST cocktail we've had in Europe. Balanced, garnished properly, great texture. Justin, our server and part of the family that owns and operates this magnificent establishment was knowledgeable, provided suggestions and know every dish in detail. His service was warm, professional, intuitive, anticipatory, attentive and genuine. The food is second to none! Each dish is carefully curated. Each ingredient has its opportunity to shine, plating is playful and elegant. We were BLOWN away with how creative each dish was. Each and every single dish was pure excellence. Take a good look at the pictures and then go try it for yourself! In short, we fell in love and we will absolutely be back!
