slow. seemed understaffed. salmon was good, so was chicken. pasta carbonate was quite salty. Tiramisu was good, less coffee than typical.

Regarding your comments on the service speed, we’d like to clarify that our staff is appropriately sized for the venue’s usual capacity. However, on certain evenings — such as the one you visited — unexpected situations can occur. In this case, the sudden rain led to many guests arriving at once, which may have caused a short delay. While this isn’t our standard, it can happen from time to time, just like in any restaurant around the world. We sincerely apologize for the wait you experienced that evening. As for the carbonara, it is seasoned traditionally, and the slightly salty note likely came from the Roman guanciale, which naturally has that characteristic flavor different from Classic bacon. Thank you again for your visit — we hope to welcome you back soon!

Dear Claus, Thanks for your feedback. We don’t understand what you mean with “deep fried veal”. Anyway it’s normal that is fried because it’s the typology of the dish. Second critic: it’s not house music but lounge music provided by “Cafe del Mar radio” that as you can see is classified as “chillout music channel”. Third thing is about the price: we are absolutely aligned with the normal prices in Lugano. We are happy that you enjoyed our pizzas. We have gone back multiple times for the amazing cheese fondue. The service is always fantastic as well! The pasta dishes and salad were also great. Would definitely recommend this spot!
