The course with watermelon was fantastic, it is not the best I have ever tasted, but the texture of it played with my mind! I did overall miss some more flavour. The wine menu we had was not the best and it seemed like something not that Well planned. I dont drink red, and I know that is my fault, but every other places I have been the still manage to find a white that can supplement the food, this was not the case here. It was a good glass of wine, but that was it. The place is lovely but we didnt experience that wow effect.

Wonderful food and excellent service. We were celebrating a birthday and had arranged for a surprise cake in advance — it was both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were very helpful throughout, and the red wine they recommended was absolutely amazing.

The food was good, but not very adventurous or innovative. The intervals between the courses were too long. Waiting for such a long time was particularly unpleasant, since it was very cold outside and there were many mosquitoes. The staff did not ask if we were comfortable, even when the children at one of the other tables indicated they were cold and then got blankets for them.

The restaurant is set in a lovely and quiet environment looking onto the swimming pool and the sea in the distance. The food was exquisite. We had the fish tasting menu. Exactly what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant. This is definitely our highlight of the trip in Sardinia.

A brilliant experience. Staff very helpful! Each and every course was spectacular. Not overly expensive for a Michelin star taster menu. Atmosphere and surroundings incredible. Well worth a visit

Beautiful setting, very welcoming and courteous service, with Mr Sadler spending quality time with the guests and advising in the choices; the menu is brilliant and very fairly priced for the outstanding quality and the location.
