10/10we go to Hacienda Miranda every time we visit tenerife. The food is great with huge portions and value for money. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

5.5/10Good food spoiled by poor service. What is the point of serving hot food onto cold plates. No attempt made by staff to pour our wine which is unacceptable. Spoke to manager so my feelings were shared. Will not rush to go back.

8/10The food as always was excellent but sadly the service was somewhat lacking. We had a table booked for 3 people and were seated at a table laid up for 3. Our drinks and food orders were taken and duly arrived but no cutlery or crockery for the 3rd person so had to get for ourselves. We were never offered desserts and had to request the bill 3 times.

10/10We’ve been going here for many years when we holiday in Tenerife Sit on or near terrace overlooking Med palace Plenty of food always have chicken and husband has the fish in light batter, cooked perfectly, all staff work really fast on service, and manager always gets drinks to each table quickly

4.5/10It took our drinks up to 1 hour to be served to the table. We had to remind the waiters 3 times that drinks and glasses for water were missing. Our food came almost 1,5 hours after we sat down at our table. Some foid was uncheable, other overcooked...

10/10We’ve been coming to this restaurant every year we come to Tenerife. Everything is always top notch and we always enjoy coming here. Nice to see the same waiters each year, who remember us and our drinks orders.

3.5/10Service slow for drinks ordered sizzling fajitas and when arrived were cold no sizzle. Usually really Godoy when just two of you eating. Tonight there was nine of us and just felt like the restaurant couldn’t cope.

10/10Nicely decorated with colorful Mexican art and music at a comfortable level. Seated promptly. Special order for burrito took some extra time, but worth it. Filled/overstuffed with chili con carne topped with jalapenos (requested) and cheese, sides of refried beans, black beans, and white rice (funny how Mexican rice is cooked al dente). Overall a satisfying meal with enjoyable ambiance.

7/10Normally this is our place to go on Tenerife as Hacienda Miranda holds a special place in our hearts, but the taco’s I would - unlike the rest of the menu - not recommend after tonight. They lacked any seasoning, I can make them tastier at home. Of course being at the Playa de las Americas, the food is somewhat pricier than in i.e. Santa Cruz de Tenerife, but still very affordable. Still would highly recommend a visit if you like Mexican food.

4.5/10We made a reservation for dinner and arrived on time. The restaurant was almost empty. We have two small dogs and the owners proved indisposed towards our dogs. the restaurant is not pet friendly.

I have no words. We sat and waited 20+ minutes for a drink order to be taken which isn’t a great start but the restaurant was busy so I kind of understand even though waiting 20+ minutes most people would have walked out. We got our drinks finally, Then when the food then arrived we realised that my knife and fork were dirty, not a tiny bit dirty, like disgustingly dirty, my boyfriend tried to get the attention of different people who walked by at least 7/8 times by saying excuse me, we were ignored every single time. My boyfriend then gave me his knife and fork and sat without and his food went cold quickly as he had nothing to eat it with. Yes we could have got up and asked but in 100% of restaurants I’ve been in you shouldn’t have too, the waiter or waitress comes to you without having to ask multiple times. By the time I’d finished my food he hadn’t even touched his, we still couldn’t get the attention of anyone so my boyfriend went to find what we thought was the manager, he was lovely and was very annoyed with what we experienced, he tried his best to sort the situation but at this point we just wanted to pay and leave. Overall the staff were rude and the service was shocking and the food wasn’t great. Not a great experience.

4/10Used to be a lovely restaurant. Service is terrible. Food wasn't good, a portion of chips came with a chicken bone on top of them, possibly of someone else's table!! Won't be returning anytime soon
