we go to Hacienda Miranda every time we visit tenerife. The food is great with huge portions and value for money. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Good food spoiled by poor service. What is the point of serving hot food onto cold plates. No attempt made by staff to pour our wine which is unacceptable. Spoke to manager so my feelings were shared. Will not rush to go back.

The food as always was excellent but sadly the service was somewhat lacking. We had a table booked for 3 people and were seated at a table laid up for 3. Our drinks and food orders were taken and duly arrived but no cutlery or crockery for the 3rd person so had to get for ourselves. We were never offered desserts and had to request the bill 3 times.

We’ve been going here for many years when we holiday in Tenerife Sit on or near terrace overlooking Med palace Plenty of food always have chicken and husband has the fish in light batter, cooked perfectly, all staff work really fast on service, and manager always gets drinks to each table quickly

It took our drinks up to 1 hour to be served to the table. We had to remind the waiters 3 times that drinks and glasses for water were missing. Our food came almost 1,5 hours after we sat down at our table. Some foid was uncheable, other overcooked...

We’ve been coming to this restaurant every year we come to Tenerife. Everything is always top notch and we always enjoy coming here. Nice to see the same waiters each year, who remember us and our drinks orders.

Service slow for drinks ordered sizzling fajitas and when arrived were cold no sizzle. Usually really Godoy when just two of you eating. Tonight there was nine of us and just felt like the restaurant couldn’t cope.
