5.5/10Got to there and welcomed well. Juan was a good host and it went down hill when the food got ordered. Steak was cold on the salad and my rib eye disappeared for 30 mins while the rest were eating. Eventually turned up and it was the sirloin not the rib eye… Ate and got out quickly

4/10My daughters burger was raw when served to her.. it was still.very pink inside the burger.. Thought staff were slow to serve a d when I asked for my bill.i waited a long time for it

10/10We haven't eaten at a Hard Rock in recent years because of past bad experiences with food quality, however everything we ordered was phenomenal on this visit.

6/10We arrived on time for our reservation but had to wait more than a half hour before being seated. The waitress was apparently new and nervous. The food arrived lukewarm not hot and 1 meal didn't come until the rest of us had finished. The shift supervisor came over and apologized and offered a desert to share or coffee which was appreciated. I have to say I was not impressed and it felt more like a fast food chain than a restaurant. I wanted a special treat for my nieces who were visiting from America but all in all it was a disappointing experience.

10/10when we arrived they couldnt find out booking, once we showed them the email confirmation, they immediately found us a table, the staff were amazing, Sebastian was our waiter and he was amazing, cheerful, helpful, couldn't be more helpful. We couldnt recommend Hard Rock Barcelona enough

10/10The staff who is incharge at the entrance is very accommodating especially I only booked for 3 and at the last minute I requested to booked additional 1 person , so he tried to check the availability of the seats 🙌👏 which i did not expect because on the app there is nothing I can do !

10/10The singer was excellent! He sang great well known songs and he was entertaining. Shame we did not catch his name. Please forward on that we enjoyed his entertainment.

10/10Super service and amazing food. We had a bottle Of wine called sospechoso and it was very good quality. The waiter was super Patient and friendly. The food was amazing. I went for the ribs as they are famous here and I was not dissapointed. Huge ribs with super chips and yummie sides. Recommended to come here even if it’s for the experience

7/10I booked a table at 8:30. We arrived with a delay of 10 minutes and I saw that my name was still in the reservations list. The waiter gave me this thing with the number that rings when the table is ready and told me to wait (even though I had the reservation). We waited for almost 30 minutes, went to the waiter and asked again and he was surprised that they hadn’t given me the table and escorted us to one, that had been free all that time. We ate and the waitress asked us if we wanted the desserts menu. We said yes but it never came. We ordered the bill cause it had no sense to prolong our night there. Poor service.

5/10Overall quite a poor experience. Bearing in mind all the great food we have had in Barcelona in the last week eating here was just a wasted opportunity to eat good food elsewhere. The service was very poor and the food could best be described as mediocre. I had the baby back ribs that were very dry and tasteless and my son had fajitas that were a poor representation of them. Too many other good options to ever consider going back!!

10/10Had a great lunch celebrating Robbie Burns Birthday. No Scottish restaurants or pubs in Barcelona so Hard Rock helped us party!! Great atmosphere & all the staff we engaged with were fab.

7/10Nice food but service was slow. Drinks ordered throughout meal didn’t come till we were paying bill. Tvs playing music we’re faulty so blank screens and waiters question you when going to the bathroom!
