7/10I booked a table at 8:30. We arrived with a delay of 10 minutes and I saw that my name was still in the reservations list. The waiter gave me this thing with the number that rings when the table is ready and told me to wait (even though I had the reservation). We waited for almost 30 minutes, went to the waiter and asked again and he was surprised that they hadn’t given me the table and escorted us to one, that had been free all that time. We ate and the waitress asked us if we wanted the desserts menu. We said yes but it never came. We ordered the bill cause it had no sense to prolong our night there. Poor service.

5/10Overall quite a poor experience. Bearing in mind all the great food we have had in Barcelona in the last week eating here was just a wasted opportunity to eat good food elsewhere. The service was very poor and the food could best be described as mediocre. I had the baby back ribs that were very dry and tasteless and my son had fajitas that were a poor representation of them. Too many other good options to ever consider going back!!

10/10Had a great lunch celebrating Robbie Burns Birthday. No Scottish restaurants or pubs in Barcelona so Hard Rock helped us party!! Great atmosphere & all the staff we engaged with were fab.

7/10Nice food but service was slow. Drinks ordered throughout meal didn’t come till we were paying bill. Tvs playing music we’re faulty so blank screens and waiters question you when going to the bathroom!

6.5/10Too much waiting... 40 minutes since we came in to get the order. Our waiter just left us. Service sooo slow. Some pricess are quite expensive for the amount of food, like the guacamole, a ridiculous portion for almost 4 €!

8/10This is the third time we have our dinner here and we are given a table in the corner where we can't see the performer..well,we don't know that there will be a performance that night We are being asked about our order if we want the starter first or if we want the starters and main course serve at the same time.my wife replied only starters first as we want to have it slowly and not to get it cold but still it was served together. Ask the server for another beer but takes 20 minutes or more to come because he forgot and have to ask the other server about it.got a complimentary drinks as he says its free because of what happen but found out it is still included in the bill but it was settled then. This is just an observation,not a complain.we understand the situation of having plenty customers.still we enjoyed the evening!Thanks

9.5/10A wonderful evening, our waiter, Oscar was really good, we had cocktails but the one wasn't quite to my partner's taste so he changed it straight away! Brilliant! Food was really good too! An excellent evening!

10/10Hard Rock Cafe’s are always a great place to visit to see music memorabilia but the restaurant deserves merit for the food separately. The portions a very big and the service is very friendly. It’s our second visit and we will definitely return.

8/10Typical Hard Rock, the staff were very polite and welcoming. The food was ok. The restaurant is rather small and lacks character. We've had better experience in London.

8.5/10Had an email confirming reservation made through fork. They said they didn’t have our booking but prioritised us. We waited 20 minutes vs 40 mins for no reservation which was disappointing. After that, great evening, food for family with kids aged 7 to 14.

9.5/10Another fabulous lunch at The Hard Rock Barcelona! This time next to a guitar signed by Metallica and a view of former drums of The Cult! Booking essential or you may have a long wait as it is extremely popular. Great beer on tap and recommend the mixed combo sharer. Only criticisms is AGAIN the pushy WAITRESS scribbled all over receipt to leave a tip which was unsavoury to say the least. Also they perhaps need to play more 'ROCK' as stated in the title as opposed to 'POP' & 'DANCE'! However all in all a fantastic place and will definitely be back :-)
