My drink that I ordered was nowhere close to what was indicated on the menu. It was a disappointment. The venue is nothing special compared to what I experienced at other Hard Rock Cafe venues I visited over the world.

The Hard Rock is always what it is supposed to be. Good food, fun environs and service is always good. We have been at Hard Rock Cafes all over the US and Western Europe. The Barcelona store is top notch.

Got to there and welcomed well. Juan was a good host and it went down hill when the food got ordered. Steak was cold on the salad and my rib eye disappeared for 30 mins while the rest were eating. Eventually turned up and it was the sirloin not the rib eye… Ate and got out quickly

My daughters burger was raw when served to her.. it was still.very pink inside the burger.. Thought staff were slow to serve a d when I asked for my bill.i waited a long time for it
