this was our 2nd visit to the restaurant in 3 years and the service food was outstanding just as it was in 2022. Miguel the server was friendly and interacted with all his customers, definitely recommend

The Hard Rock is always what it is supposed to be. Good food, fun environs and service is always good. We have been at Hard Rock Cafes all over the US and Western Europe. The Barcelona store is top notch.

Got to there and welcomed well. Juan was a good host and it went down hill when the food got ordered. Steak was cold on the salad and my rib eye disappeared for 30 mins while the rest were eating. Eventually turned up and it was the sirloin not the rib eye… Ate and got out quickly

My daughters burger was raw when served to her.. it was still.very pink inside the burger.. Thought staff were slow to serve a d when I asked for my bill.i waited a long time for it

We haven't eaten at a Hard Rock in recent years because of past bad experiences with food quality, however everything we ordered was phenomenal on this visit.

We arrived on time for our reservation but had to wait more than a half hour before being seated. The waitress was apparently new and nervous. The food arrived lukewarm not hot and 1 meal didn't come until the rest of us had finished. The shift supervisor came over and apologized and offered a desert to share or coffee which was appreciated. I have to say I was not impressed and it felt more like a fast food chain than a restaurant. I wanted a special treat for my nieces who were visiting from America but all in all it was a disappointing experience.

when we arrived they couldnt find out booking, once we showed them the email confirmation, they immediately found us a table, the staff were amazing, Sebastian was our waiter and he was amazing, cheerful, helpful, couldn't be more helpful. We couldnt recommend Hard Rock Barcelona enough

The staff who is incharge at the entrance is very accommodating especially I only booked for 3 and at the last minute I requested to booked additional 1 person , so he tried to check the availability of the seats 🙌👏 which i did not expect because on the app there is nothing I can do !
