8.5/10Hard Rock Cafes worldwide are typically outstanding, with the exception of Tijuana, which has subpar cleanliness and meals. The best meal I ever enjoyed was in Dublin.

8/10Overall the food was very good. I love their burgers. They're probably the nicest burgers in Brussels. And the rack of ribs are so tasty. Our waiter was lovely and very helpful. We were a group of 9. The service was quick but all the meals didn't come out together. We were missing 2 and when they did finally come out, everyone else was nearly finished eating. In saying that, I love the Hard Rock. The ambience is lovely and there's great music. I will definitely be back.

10/10This is our third visit to Hard Rock Brussels for myself and my husband but the first visit for the other 8 people in our group. I booked ahead online in advance and our table was ready and waiting for us. A friend in our group had pre-booked 3 cocktails for the birthday girls and they were excellent (a souvenir glass was gifted also). The food was as lovely as always, steak cooked as requested to perfection. The staff were attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. Great atmosphere in the restaurant and brilliant songs were played throughout the night. Would definitely recommend a visit to this Hard Rock Cafe.

5.5/10Service was fast, ambiance is nice (but not particularly special, I remember waiters dancing and live music in other HRC in the past). Food is way too expensive, not a bad burger, not bad onion rings, but not very good either. For that price I would have expected better quality.

3.5/10Mediocre food which was delayed due to the kitchen forgetting our order. Had to wait an hour without anybody checking why we hadn’t received food until we started asking. They were apologetic and gave the whole bill for free which was fair enough but overall a disappointing experience

10/10staff work in one area and are very attentive but not intrusive. Short friendly conversations with information about special exhibitions in the café are given. As always, the food was terrific and the Belgian was a dream. Reservations are recommended as it was very busy. If you are in Brussels you should make a stop there.

7.5/10I was alone and trying to celebrate my birthday, although no acknowledgement was made of it. Nico the waiter was lovely, but service was exceptionally slow. To the point I considered getting up and leaving as I couldn't attract anyone's attention to get my bill. Luckily I'm too honest to do that. In all it was an utterly miserable experience.

9/10The Hard Rock Cafe consistently delivers delicious food & drinks in a great atmosphere. HRC staff are always upbeat, fun, and English speaking. On my last few visits, however, there just don't seem to be enough waiters per table, and the waiters seem to spend half of their time on the computers; maybe a software update is needed? Another sad point: There was no way to add a tip to the bill and put it on my card, so I had to use cash for that. Otherwise a great meal for everyone, especially the kids!

9/10Foods were satisfying. Thank you very much to our kind and friendly waiter Abdul. Music was great but they stopped very early. Ambiance was super like everytime.

9.5/10Fab place overlooking the Grand Place. Only thing is is it’s quite small upstairs and gets very hot. We did have the windows opened but they wanted to shut them for the air conditioning but that never worked. Food was great and average price as other restaurants. Waitress was super helpful and attentive.

4.5/10Waited 45 mins for a plate of wings (which were good in fairness). Then sat there for another 20mins with a finished plate before I had to point out I was still waiting for my mains. Burger arrived and it was clear it had been sat under the heat waiting. Very disappointing

3.5/10I am gutted because I have been a huge advocate of The Hard Rock. The service was poor beyond being amusing, the bar staff were engaged in some heavy discussions with each other which led to our first drinks being forgotten. When we got them we were then shown to our table introduced to a server/waiter and that was the last we saw of him that night.the food arrived by means of a second server, we tried to order additional drinks. These were forgotten. A third server arrived and we queried the drinks which he then managed to locate but the meal was finished and we decided not to stay. I have visited many hard rock cafes around the world due to the nature of my work. This was an opportunity to show my wife why I make a point of seeking the cafes out. Sadly this was not an experience that will promote Brussells HRC as a highlight to recommend to others. Really disappointed

3/10Waiting staff lied to us over what comes with a meal in order to upsell to us. Mains arrived at the same time as the starters. Food quality was lacking for the price
