Unfortunately the menu has become very limited and bland at Hard Rock Cafe. I am not sure if this applies only to Brussels Hard Rock or is a recent adjustment across the brand. At other Hard Rock locations, e.g. London, Innsbruck, Penang, we could order sharing platters with diverse and colourful offerings and an extensive menu. But unfortunately it could not be found here. We waited 20 minutes before being told our server had forgot about us and we were picked up by another apologetic server. It was very busy. Value was fair for menu we selected, but we were unimpressed with the quality. We like the ambience of Hard Rock, but sadly it has lost its appeal and I don't see myself visiting Hard Rock anytime in the near future.

10/10Very friendly, professional and efficient service. Fantastic food and excellent cocktails, exactly as described. Table, as requested overlooking the Grand Place Christmas lights. An excellent experience.

6/10The food and service were nothing more than OK. Our bill was printed before we asked for it and we weren’t offered dessert. Presumably because the server had already printed the bill because they had decided to close the section that we were sat in. Downstairs the rest of the restaurant was busy.

7.5/10We went purposely to have the Bangkok Shrimp only to find that it had been removed from the menu 2 weeks earlier. This was my familles’ favorite dish. We were also told that only larger Hard Rocks still it it in the menu. We are really disappointed and may not even come back as the menu itself was severely reduced as well.

3.5/10Lacks organisation, the food took 38 minutes to come. Only 3 tables occupied. Music quite loud and team despite friendly might ignore you because they are too busy running around.

6/10Overall a nice experience. But two things was not to our satisfaction 1. The music. I can understand that concept of Hard Rock Café not is a total 1970/80-hard-rock/heavy Metal-place. But there should at least be some rock oriented music. Yesterdays playing list was mostly R’n’B and no 4-beat rock/pop music. I frequently visit the HRC in Stockholm, and they play rock music in various forms. 2. The standards of the mens restrooms is not in line what I expect och the concept of Hard Rock Café. 5.5/10We were a group of seven, and since only two of us arrived first, we were told we cannot be seated unless we're complete...My first time eating in a restaurant with such a policy, this is strange.

5/10Unfortunately new staff not properly trained in allergens meant confusion over order, not being brought what we asked for and therefore lost confidence in specific restaurant being able to cope with our Gluten Free order (one of us is a Coeliac) - Gluten free menu looks interesting but bringing fries when not mentioned on GF menu instead of mash and then trying to convince us all was ok not really appreciating the serious of it to a Coeliac meant we decided to leave. Also the non GF order came with a GF bun and coke was flat and the promised replacement was never provided so not a great experience all round
