10/10The staff are so nice, our prenotation is for 6 but at the end we have plus one and Joseph the guy at the entrance is so nice and find us a table for seven right away. The guy that served us is kind and he didn’t let us wait a lot of time for our orders. He also suggested their special burgers. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant dinner.

8/10Great food, nice to get vegetarian alternatives. Service var good at the start, but plates were taken away, as we ate the last bite. It felt like we were pushed out of the restaurant

2.5/10Was really excited to take my kids to their first Hard Rock Cafe and get them some American food as we had been in Italy for over a month. The food was not good, and the service wasn’t good either. My kids did enjoy the music.

6/10The location is very central and Devore and ambiance is same as everywhere else around the world that i been at. But the quality of food was very bad, we had salads and hamburgers, the chefs must learn , what kind of meat to use , how to make aBBQ ( it would be better if I have gone to Macdonald

10/10We are visiting Rome and took a road trip to Florence, this is the best place is you want a change from the pasta and pizza. This venue has a good atmosphere and great staff. If you’re in the neighbourhood pop in.

10/10The staff at this Hard Rock Cafe is Amazing!! Ilaria went above and beyond to help make a 40th birthday special. Ilariia, Davide and their staff were very attentive to all of our needs. They are truly an asset to the Hard Rock Cafe company. The food was amazing and great customer service! What else can you ask for... I highly recommend celebrating your event here if you are in Florence!

2.5/10Probably one of my worst experiences at a restaurant, it ruined our last night in Florence. Although our server was a nice person he was not helpful in the slightest. My food was awful and i could not finish the burger. For the price I am so disappointed. Service was slow despite only having three other tables occupied in the restaurant. There was also a foul smell throughout the restaurant.

9.5/10My server was excellent. His name was Marco. I had ribs which were perfectly cooked. I had spicy shrimp which was delicious. My son had chicken wings which were well seasoned. The atmosphere was unique Hard Rock. I would definitely recommend it.

4/10Nothing I would repeat. Left most of my meal as it wasn’t either good to look at nor very good to eat. Go elsewhere unless you just need a meal and have no interest in the food.
