Friendly waiter, great atmosphere. Iconic items in the restaurant like a dress from nicky hicks, guitar from the peppers, a signed guitar from Metallica, guitar from korn, suit from Elton John, and a pair of trousers from MJ. Wonderfull and tastefull food made it all complete.

The staff are so nice, our prenotation is for 6 but at the end we have plus one and Joseph the guy at the entrance is so nice and find us a table for seven right away. The guy that served us is kind and he didn’t let us wait a lot of time for our orders. He also suggested their special burgers. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant dinner.

Was really excited to take my kids to their first Hard Rock Cafe and get them some American food as we had been in Italy for over a month. The food was not good, and the service wasn’t good either. My kids did enjoy the music.

The location is very central and Devore and ambiance is same as everywhere else around the world that i been at. But the quality of food was very bad, we had salads and hamburgers, the chefs must learn , what kind of meat to use , how to make aBBQ ( it would be better if I have gone to Macdonald

We are visiting Rome and took a road trip to Florence, this is the best place is you want a change from the pasta and pizza. This venue has a good atmosphere and great staff. If you’re in the neighbourhood pop in.

The staff at this Hard Rock Cafe is Amazing!! Ilaria went above and beyond to help make a 40th birthday special. Ilariia, Davide and their staff were very attentive to all of our needs. They are truly an asset to the Hard Rock Cafe company. The food was amazing and great customer service! What else can you ask for... I highly recommend celebrating your event here if you are in Florence!
