Small and expensive portions. The burgers are tiny, even though they cost over 20 euros. The fries are good, but the onion rings are weak, consisting of 95% breading.

10/10I would like to share an excellent comment about our visit to Hard Rock Café Milan. We were very lucky to have been served by Mark, originally from the Philippines. He was extremely polite, attentive, and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meal. Mark’s positive energy and professionalism made our experience truly special — he gave us great recommendations and even shared useful information about Milan. We felt very welcome and appreciated his kindness and smile throughout our visit. It’s not every day that you meet such a genuine and dedicated waiter — Hard Rock Milan is very lucky to have him. We hope he will know about our heartfelt appreciation.

4.5/10The truth is that I was disappointed. I booked with Yums from The Fork, having a 50€ discount, my bill was much less than that amount and, even so, they charged me an additional 12.5% -they always charge it- of the total bill (50€ which was the discount I had and had not amounted to that amount)!! Regular experience. The food is correct, although it seems expensive for what it is. The service of the waiters is what stands out most positively about the restaurant. Even so, I would not go back.

3.5/10From the time I was seated (inside, with about 1/2 the tables empty) it took the surly staff 22 minutes to bring me a menu and silverware.. When the waitress finally arrived, 38 minutes had passed. I ordered the Messi Chicken Sandwich and the Pasta Cavatappi with Formaggio and a Pepsi Zero.. The Pepsi Zero was FLAT, just syrupy with no carbonation at all. The Chicken Sandwich was decent but the pasta was barely edible. I was given a free refill of the flat Pepsi Zero once. Either the staff are just all poorly trained or completely mismanaged.. There were other staff just standing around doing nothing.. The ambience inside SUCKS.. I’ve been to Hard Rock’s all over the world and this one is BY FAR the worst.. It has a great location, just horrible food and worse service. Never again.

7/10We have visited Hard Rock cafes many times and always look forward to our visit. Start with the good points. The food was excellent as we have come to expect. Now the not so good. No welcome when we arrived and shown to our table. Within 30 seconds on sitting we were asked if we were ready to order. We asked for a few minutes to look through the menu. When the server returned they didn’t introduce themselves or ask how we were, which we’ve had in all the other HRC’s. Service was slow to clear the plates. This HRC lacked the friendly atmosphere we have come to expect. In summary great food, service and atmosphere needs attention. Disappointing experience.
