We went to this restaurant and ordered the burger and the special nachos. The burger was really disappointing. The meat didn’t taste good at all, and the price was very high compared to the quality and flavor. Honestly, it was one of the worst burgers I’ve had, especially for that price. The nachos had a large portion, and one plate is easily enough for two people. You can add meat or chicken for an extra charge, but even with that, the quality wasn’t very good in my opinion. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Firstly, a shout out to the staff and the singer who made the experience palatable. However, the majority of the items on the menu were simply not available. There was no swiss cheese for the swiss cheese and mushroom burger, no shrimp, no fajitas, ribs or steaks... basically we could order simply the burger or the chicken burger. I had a medium cooked burger and my partner chicken burger...which in my opinion was undercooked. I had higher expectations for the price, but it was very low quality.

5.5/10Ordered food and drinks, they brought the food to the table and we told the waitress that the drinks did not arrive yet, after 10 minutes we reiterated that the drinks did not arrive…… than we asked another waitress since ours disappeared waitress disappeared. They brought the drinks more than 45 minutes later once everyone on the table had finished their dinner. Btw, the bargirl had been talking with a couple of guys doing literally nothing all the time.

Small and expensive portions. The burgers are tiny, even though they cost over 20 euros. The fries are good, but the onion rings are weak, consisting of 95% breading.

10/10I would like to share an excellent comment about our visit to Hard Rock Café Milan. We were very lucky to have been served by Mark, originally from the Philippines. He was extremely polite, attentive, and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meal. Mark’s positive energy and professionalism made our experience truly special — he gave us great recommendations and even shared useful information about Milan. We felt very welcome and appreciated his kindness and smile throughout our visit. It’s not every day that you meet such a genuine and dedicated waiter — Hard Rock Milan is very lucky to have him. We hope he will know about our heartfelt appreciation.

4.5/10The truth is that I was disappointed. I booked with Yums from The Fork, having a 50€ discount, my bill was much less than that amount and, even so, they charged me an additional 12.5% -they always charge it- of the total bill (50€ which was the discount I had and had not amounted to that amount)!! Regular experience. The food is correct, although it seems expensive for what it is. The service of the waiters is what stands out most positively about the restaurant. Even so, I would not go back.
