5.5/10The food & drinks was below average in terms of the taste & presentation. The ambience was OK, nothing great compared to other Hard Rock cafe I have visited around the world. The staffs were friendly but they kept bring the wrong orders.

2.5/10First orderd some beers. Later the waiter camera to ask wat we would like to eat. We told her to start with nachos, and later (as a header) the Messi burger. After a few minutes the nachos camera, and 1 minute later the Messi burger was ready. We told them, we liked the food after our starter(the nachos) afther she took our order to ask ones again if we would like the nachos first. So we did not expect the burgers so soon. After they took it back the staff told us we could have the burgers at the same time or order a new one. The kitchen would not remake this order, they said. So unfortenetly we got nachos warm, and fot the burgers at the same time. Beceausu our food could not be reheated, we got the burgers but it was cold after we started with the burger.

3/10This Hard Rock in Milan is the worst restaurant we've been compared to other franchise..We order a starter and menu and its arrived for almost 1hr and the waiter we ask water they don't give and kind us , its weekend and a have a football match as they expected its should be a lot of client who gonna be dine in,but they have only 2 staff in service ..lack of staff and management of the service and most the pricey food cost is not worth it.i will not recommended this restaurant ever.

6.5/10The air conditioner was broken, it was very hot inside and you could smell the food in the air so we had to sit outside. It was very noisy because there was a match broadcast outside. There wasn't even a single guitar pin in the shop, I was informed that it would arrive in two weeks, it was the first time I encountered such a situation, I had never seen a hard rock cafe without any guitar pin before!

8.5/10Always visit Hard Rock Cafe , good food, great ambience - however disappointing again to be told the Hard Rock glass is out of stock ( again) - we have collected the pilsner or pint glass from all over the world and to be told “ again” not in stock till next week - well , next week never arrives - really need to keep stock of the top selling items which also feature as a key to the special offers associated to done of the drinks - feel free to send me a glass when your stocked up - we are currently 30 HRC in our collection minus Milan 👎

6/10Don't expect the full-on Hard Rock Cafe experience here. They have their own way of cooking things there. The tastes are not as other international cafes. The best part of being there is that it's in the center of Milan. It's not that bad a spot to dine at... I've been to nearly every Hard Rock Cafe in Europe - I reserve that spot for Vienna.

5.5/10We order salad and asked without cheese, and that didn’t happen. The burger with gluten free no cheese is very dry and not tomato or pickles. At the end when we asked for the bill , they added one more burger the we didn’t order, and charged us for sauce that we didn’t know that cost money.

3.5/10Service was ok but they rushed us from starter to main we hardly had time to chew the last bite before they were on us to bring main out. Pepsi was flat and chicken burger was chewy and tasteless. Sides brought out with starter and generally disappointing! Wouldn’t bother again as was but poor and expensive.

5.5/10Not the best Hard Rock experience I can recall. The place is very loud and feels rather "messy", food is only acceptable - not bad, but I've eaten better burgers in other restaurants if the same chain. Prices are high even considering the very central location and the brand: unless you have some discount (which we did have), I'd look elsewhere. Another note: Hard Rock Cafes normally display lots of music-related memorabilia, but this one seemed very light on that front.

6.5/10The food was OK, not great. We've been on different Hard Rock Cafe before and it was our least favorite. Our waiter was polite but he was busy all night. Looks like he was serving two floors plus the terrace. When we told him that we have finish, he took 20+ minutes to comeback and ask if we want the receipt and pay. It was a strange night with 2 chefs from the Philippines, promoting 3 meals but no one at the front desk told us about it so we have to be sit next to the presentation without knowing what's going on. No music, we would have appreciated to be informed when we arrive, we would have sit at the second floor with the music. We were stock between the soundcheck of an upcoming show and the chef talking for an hour. Plus, the decorations downstairs aren't pretty rocking like some other hard rock Cafe. It's sober, no instruments, no items on the wall. It wasn't a bad diner but it could be have been better with communication from the front desk and having a waiter with less tables. Thanks!
