5.5/10Ordered starter and mains deciding to bring both out together which was annoying! The Pepsi was off the waiter was touching while serving us ! No napking on table no straw for drink never a waiter around !

7/10We have visited Hard Rock cafes many times and always look forward to our visit. Start with the good points. The food was excellent as we have come to expect. Now the not so good. No welcome when we arrived and shown to our table. Within 30 seconds on sitting we were asked if we were ready to order. We asked for a few minutes to look through the menu. When the server returned they didn’t introduce themselves or ask how we were, which we’ve had in all the other HRC’s. Service was slow to clear the plates. This HRC lacked the friendly atmosphere we have come to expect. In summary great food, service and atmosphere needs attention. Disappointing experience.

9.5/10Fantastic location; good meal (tasty basil and provolone burger with San Marzano tomatoes); and gloriously good cold soft drinks with free refills!! Our service was great and we enjoyed taking a break from the heat. It was a bonus that the food was delicious!

2/10Team meeting at the bar kept waiting whilst all staff had the meeting! Food was rubbish, meat on fajitas tough and had to ask for the rest of our order, child’s pizza was disgusting soggy and stuck to paper it was served on, We like to visit the hard rock when we’re travelling but this by far was the worst hard rock we have been too! Won’t be coming back waste of €125

7/10Server wasn’t very attentive. Introduced another server to take over, then kept coming back, but we had to ask for several things twice. Stopped serving shakes?!?!? Hard Rock has ALWAYS served shakes.

5/10We have been at a lot of hard rock cafe’s and this has been the most disappointing visit. They were far to buzy. The staff didnt have time to Care about their guests. When the food came, I’ve Got mine first. I ordered Nachos. The food was cold and we had to wait five more minutes before the others got their food. When we Wanted to pay, we contacted a waiter. Then we waited a Long time and then asked another waiter to pay. That is not alright. We Can not recomend hard rock café Milan.

We had an amazing experience at the Hard Rock Cafe in Milan, thanks to Carlo (our bartender and server) and the managers in charge. Carlo was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. His cocktail-making skills are absolutely top-notch. The food—mac and cheese, burgers, and cocktails—was absolutely perfect. Carlo also gave us excellent suggestions and truly embodied the Hard Rock Cafe motto, “Take time to be kind.” The entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re visiting Hard Rock Cafe Milan, I highly recommend sitting at the bar and letting Carlo take care of you. A memorable visit!

5.5/10The food & drinks was below average in terms of the taste & presentation. The ambience was OK, nothing great compared to other Hard Rock cafe I have visited around the world. The staffs were friendly but they kept bring the wrong orders.

2.5/10First orderd some beers. Later the waiter camera to ask wat we would like to eat. We told her to start with nachos, and later (as a header) the Messi burger. After a few minutes the nachos camera, and 1 minute later the Messi burger was ready. We told them, we liked the food after our starter(the nachos) afther she took our order to ask ones again if we would like the nachos first. So we did not expect the burgers so soon. After they took it back the staff told us we could have the burgers at the same time or order a new one. The kitchen would not remake this order, they said. So unfortenetly we got nachos warm, and fot the burgers at the same time. Beceausu our food could not be reheated, we got the burgers but it was cold after we started with the burger.

10/10The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. Special shoutouts to bartenders JP, Daniel, and Elena. They made a very fun evening for us. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Milan.
