2.5/10First orderd some beers. Later the waiter camera to ask wat we would like to eat. We told her to start with nachos, and later (as a header) the Messi burger. After a few minutes the nachos camera, and 1 minute later the Messi burger was ready. We told them, we liked the food after our starter(the nachos) afther she took our order to ask ones again if we would like the nachos first. So we did not expect the burgers so soon. After they took it back the staff told us we could have the burgers at the same time or order a new one. The kitchen would not remake this order, they said. So unfortenetly we got nachos warm, and fot the burgers at the same time. Beceausu our food could not be reheated, we got the burgers but it was cold after we started with the burger.

8/10decent food, nothing amazing, they have verry bad glases, not clean and old, after I put sparkling water în, the glass was broken from half, șliț în 2 sides, omg

10/10The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. Special shoutouts to bartenders JP, Daniel, and Elena. They made a very fun evening for us. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Milan.

3/10This Hard Rock in Milan is the worst restaurant we've been compared to other franchise..We order a starter and menu and its arrived for almost 1hr and the waiter we ask water they don't give and kind us , its weekend and a have a football match as they expected its should be a lot of client who gonna be dine in,but they have only 2 staff in service ..lack of staff and management of the service and most the pricey food cost is not worth it.i will not recommended this restaurant ever.

6.5/10The air conditioner was broken, it was very hot inside and you could smell the food in the air so we had to sit outside. It was very noisy because there was a match broadcast outside. There wasn't even a single guitar pin in the shop, I was informed that it would arrive in two weeks, it was the first time I encountered such a situation, I had never seen a hard rock cafe without any guitar pin before!

8.5/10Always visit Hard Rock Cafe , good food, great ambience - however disappointing again to be told the Hard Rock glass is out of stock ( again) - we have collected the pilsner or pint glass from all over the world and to be told “ again” not in stock till next week - well , next week never arrives - really need to keep stock of the top selling items which also feature as a key to the special offers associated to done of the drinks - feel free to send me a glass when your stocked up - we are currently 30 HRC in our collection minus Milan 👎

7.5/10There is a different concept than all the places i have been in. Even the music was different (house, hip hop) from time to time. The ambiance is like a fast food restaurant.
