10/10We make it a point to visit Hard Rock Cafes when we travel. Really enjoyed our meal here with tasty food, friendly service, and nice ambiance. After almost two weeks in Italy, we were missing some American classics typical of the HRC menu. Great experience!

8.5/10We made a reservation for my Son's 30th birthday and was impressed with the variety of goods in the shop and the catering and staff were very good. All in all we had a pleasant experience and would certainly return again if ever in Rome. Keep up the good work. Charlie.

10/10Our server was very attentive and personable. The food was received hot and it was delicious. We came to Hard Rock to offset all of the pasta we were eating while in Rome. It definitely fed into what we were looking to receive.

5/10Took ages for someone to come and take our order ( just for drink) and it was not that busy. When our food arrived we had no sauces I asked 2 different staff members for sauces. At the end we purchased tea and there was no milk or sugar and again had to wait ages. Worst one I have been too !

6/10Sorry to say but hard rock no longer delivers the wow experience any more. Food was average, very expensive and staff are clearly on a bonus to sell upgrades on drinks. It’s not a Rome problem it’s a hard rock problem.

10/10The restaurant is located in an amazing district of Rome. The food was very tasty and Frederika, the waitress who served us was very friendly and informative. The portions were large and my children enjoyed their meal. The decoration of the shop was excellent and excited us all

5/10Burger & fries warm at best, the mayo 8 sauce came out halfway through the meal. Waiter not very friendly, disappointed. We have visited Hardrock cafe’s in Barcelona, Lisbon, Edinburgh, London etc and this has been the worst.

5.5/10The food was rubbish, steak was very chewy and overcooked, the portion size was good but is dished on a small plate which made it awkward to eat. The alcoholic cocktails weren’t great however the non alcoholic drinks were very nice. Service was ok

7/10Hard Rock is always fun. The nachos were good. The chicken wings not so much. Dry and seemed like they had been made the day before. Little flavor. If you want to impress Italians with great U.S. wings this was not the way to do it. Drinks were good and service a bit slow but still enjoyed the Hard Rock experience.

10/10Been too hardrock cafe in Cyprus and Ibiza and can say this one tops them both. Only complaint is they don’t have strawberry milkshakes.
