7/10Unfortunately I have to say that I was disappointed in my experience of Rome Hard Rock Cafe. We have been to numerous venues around the world and we love visiting HR in new cities. First comment is our table was not ready and we were given a pager , they state your table will only be held for 15 mins if you are running late but apparently that does not hold when your table is not ready. We were paged 20mins after our booking. Then were seated at a squashed 2 seated table. Then waited 10 minutes before our order was taken an drinks took another 10 minutes to arrive. We have never had to wait on a table at any other Hard Rock. Food was okay when it eventually arrived but to be honest the delays in seating and ordering had taken the edge off of our evening.

10/10We had dinner at Hard Rock Roma for my birthday, and everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was vibrant and really enjoyable. The person who welcomed us at the entrance was extremely kind (unfortunately we don’t know his name). He overheard us talking among ourselves and joined the conversation — we ended up having such a lovely and fun chat. Giampaolo was also very fast and friendly. He made sure we were happy with everything and was very attentive throughout the evening.

I go to all hard rocks when I go to a new country, but have to say this one has to be the worst one of them all. Resons: The table that we was given was right next to where they welcome people and put manus away. Do when they was not busy there was 2-3 waiters stood almost next to use and I felt it was abit rude. I always have ribs as they are my favourite. But this time they where very tough to get of the bone (first time ever) the source was not great too. And now the music, for me Hard Rock is well known for the old style rock? But what was playing the hole time was pop and R&B for some silly reson. For these resons I will never return to the Hard Rock in Rome "Sadly"

10/10Great atmosphere and delicious food! Had a wonderful time at Hard Rock Cafe Roma — friendly staff, quick service, and a lively vibe. The steak was excellent and full of flavor. Definitely worth a visit!
