5/10We were seated and told our server wouldn’t be with us for 10 min. although it wasn’t crowded. Once there, she quickly took our drink order and brought our drinks. We placed our food order. A few minutes later, a few of our cokes needed refills. She never returned to check on us until our food came out. Unfortunately, one person in our party received the wrong entree altogether and when letting the server know that, the server questioned us asking this person if she was sure that’s what she ordered because she didn’t think it was. She huffily took the plate with the wrong entree and walked away as we were asking for refills. The rest of our party was halfway done eating their meal when she returned with the right entree. We asked her for coke refills then. She returned with our refills, but we quickly realized she had brought us all Diet Coke. When flagging her down to get it corrected, she told us we asked for diet. Our whole meal, we only received one refill and terrible service.

6.5/10The food was cold, it was clearly just heated. The ribs were a bit dry could have used a bit more of bbq sauce. The waiter marcos was really attentive and nice. The music was a bit too loud. It’s not what it used to be, doesn’t seem like a hard rock (mainly for the food and the beverages policies)

Got there early and let us in , great service from get go . Drinks were amazing . Chris the waiter was brilliant and accommodating. Ribs are best in town and the messi burger and loaded fries was cooked to perfection

9.5/10The Hard Rock experience is known for its high-energy, extroverted style of customer engagement, and overall, this visit lived up to expectations. The American-themed menu offered excellent fare—my meal was served hot, cooked perfectly, and met every expectation. The memorabilia throughout the venue was impressive and varied, adding to the unique atmosphere. While the team engagement wasn’t quite as enthusiastic as I’ve experienced on previous visits—something that may reflect personal circumstances—it didn’t detract significantly from the experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable visit, and I will certainly return.

8/10My husband & I go to hard rock in Rome every year, each time we go the waiter/ waitress stop serving half way through and say they are going on their break, only to then return seconds later to serve another part of the restaurant, this is a trick to get customers to tip each member which is very disappointing as we fell in to this trap for several years.

5.5/10The nachos- which i have enjoyed for over 20 years at various HRCs- now have cheap cheese sauce and a small amount of proper cheese. So disappointed and as this was the main reason for coming to the cafe, this means I will never frequent a cafe for food again. Despite pre booking a table, we were seated at the last table before the toilets meaning every 2 minutes or less someone passed our table leading to a really horrible experience.

The Staffs are very friendly and trustworthy.. we have been in Rome for 2 days and since yesterday’s first dinner we were scammed for cheap quality food that cost us more than what should you expect for the price. Food wise, very delicious and well cooked. Ribeye Steak is medium as ordered. Fries and onion rings were crispy. Ambience was really nice although the music was a little loud but overall it was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend this to others to try out.

6/10Food came out cold. My burger was dramatically undercooked and had to be remade. Of all the Hard Rocks we’ve been to this has been the worst experience. Our waiter was attentive and tried his best to fix issues.

5/10Our server was polite and efficient. However the food was overcooked and quite basic fayre. Did not have high expectations in the first place , so were hoping for the best. Suffice to say , it was fast food but not great.

Great atmosphere, very friendly staff! Fantastic food! Our waiter Alexander was great, nothing was too much trouble! Big size portions and unfortunately I couldn't fit in dessert after a shared starters and main. Worth aa visit!!

8.5/10It’s my tradition to visit the Hard Rock in different cities when I travel. The Hard Rock in Rome delivered a dose of Americana, which I enjoyed. GianPaulo provided great service and had a drink made that wasn’t on the menu. The food was good and we enjoyed the fun ambience.

We had a great time here, our hostess Ulin was great, she was friendly, helpful and totally made us welcome. The food was delicious and would definitely visit again. Thanks guys
