10/10Food is really good & big portions, service is relatively quick considering it is usually very busy & staff are nice & friendly. Lots of memorabilia on the walls for music enthusiasts which appeals to me, cost of meal is slightly higher than other restaurants we visited but that wouldn't put us off returning again.

5.5/10The food was good as expected. But we booked a table for 5 pm but at 5 pm they sent us to the bar to wait for a table. We had to wait for 40 minutes before we got the table and were able to order. But after we got our table both service and food were great.

First time in a hard rock cafe took my mother we both had an amazing time. The staff was very attentive the ambience and decor was fantastic. The food was delicious we had a main and a HUGE dessert. We also had a cocktail which also didn't disappoint. Out waiter took the time to speak to us and have a good conversation the whole experience was fantastic will definitely visit if there is one on my next holiday destination. Thank for making our last night rememberable.

5/10We were seated and told our server wouldn’t be with us for 10 min. although it wasn’t crowded. Once there, she quickly took our drink order and brought our drinks. We placed our food order. A few minutes later, a few of our cokes needed refills. She never returned to check on us until our food came out. Unfortunately, one person in our party received the wrong entree altogether and when letting the server know that, the server questioned us asking this person if she was sure that’s what she ordered because she didn’t think it was. She huffily took the plate with the wrong entree and walked away as we were asking for refills. The rest of our party was halfway done eating their meal when she returned with the right entree. We asked her for coke refills then. She returned with our refills, but we quickly realized she had brought us all Diet Coke. When flagging her down to get it corrected, she told us we asked for diet. Our whole meal, we only received one refill and terrible service.

6.5/10The food was cold, it was clearly just heated. The ribs were a bit dry could have used a bit more of bbq sauce. The waiter marcos was really attentive and nice. The music was a bit too loud. It’s not what it used to be, doesn’t seem like a hard rock (mainly for the food and the beverages policies)
