7.5/10Visited Hebe on a recent visit during a Thursday evening. The Restaurant was empty on arrival, assume due to the time/day so was unable to get a full grasp of the atmosphere on a busy service. Service was obviously attentive considering we were the only Diners T that time but top marks nevertheless. Opted to have the sharing option of which a variety of dishes are offered in different combinations, this was priced at 85E per person (x3). As the name suggests, the sharing options are served on one plate so be prepared to portion each dish. The food was enjoyable without being spectacular and offered something different (EG Octopus and Water Melon). The Service Team did ask for any feedback on each dish so obviously striving to improve and take Diners into consideration. Recommend for an evening meal with a twist.

10/10Welcomed, warmly by the host and promptly provided all menus etc. We ordered from the lunch menu - the Sea Bream was delicately presented and it was spectacular. To top it off we had the Rhubarb dessert which was equally amazing. 100% recommend

10/10My wife and I are vegetarian and had several options. We selected the sampling menu and enjoyed tasting different choices for each part of the meal. The eggplant puree and the green pea entree were superb. The lemon dessert was my favorite. The waitress was careful to help us navigate a nut allergy and select a marvelous white wine. We will return to Hebe on our next rendezvous in Paris

9.5/10Small intimate restaurant full of people enjoying the amazing food..Staff were lovely, spoke English when we didn’t quite understand the French. The food was exquisite, beautifully presented and the staff were happy to explain and discuss the ingredients and sauces.

10/10There are not the right words to praise the tasting menu. The flavours were sublime, and we will recommend this place to all of our friends. The staff, specifically Thel, took great care of us, from recommending dishes to acknowledging a birthday. This was a wonderful meal and a truly great memory of Paris.

10/10This small and cozy restaurant truly exceeded my expectations! The staff was nice, making the dining experience even more pleasant. The wine selection was good, catering to various preferences and perfectly complementing the fantastic food. The menu is thoughtfully crafted, and the food is nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

8/10Food quality is good, but mine was overcooked :( had to complain few times. Also I am not a fan of the waiters hands in front of my eyes and too close. The rest was amazing, overall positive experience! Thank you 🙏

10/10What a superb place to lunch in Paris. The food was outstanding and given we were celebrating a birthday, we were made to feel extra special. Also loved the fact we were the only English in there. Will definitely return.

10/10The food and service was excellent. The quality of the meal was that of a much higher priced restaurant. We will come back each time we are in Paris. The menu pleased me as a pescatarian who also enjoys some dairy products and my husband who is a strict vegan. Excellent experience and service!

10/10What an amazing dinner! Little restaurant in St Germain des Pres absolutely stunning food. The risotto as the best i ever had in my life! Loved the fact you can get glasses of every wine in the wine list! Last dinner of our 4 weeks trip to France finished in an absolutely high!

10/10We booked the restaurant as it was well rated on Tripadvisor. The quality of the cooking which was as good as Michelin surpassed my expectations and as I am gluten free it would normally restrict what I could have. Some gluten free bread or crackers would have topped the experience but I did not feel short changed. The spinach crème risotto was to die for and don’t think I have ever had octopus so well cooked. Not a huge restaurant but nice feeling to it and staff very attentive. Wish hebe was here in Edinburgh.

10/10Wonderful little restaurant in Paris! We loved it. Delicious little plates to share, you can tell the chef takes time into planning, preparing, and plating. Delicious wine as well, and beautiful service. Highly recommend!

5/10Hebe was a disappointment. Although the presentation was quite appealing, the food was not up to expectations. The dishes lacked distinctive flavor. The vegetables seemed marginally cooked—mine were still crunchy. The bare tables are cheek by jowl and there is no A/C, so just sitting there was somewhat uncomfortable. The wine list wasn’t great either. The saving grace is that the service was very friendly and earnest. Not the gourmet experience we’d expected….

7/10The food itself seemed to be fresh and good quality, but the meals were average, we expected a bit more. The mousse dessert however was great. The atmosphere is super quiet.

10/10From the beginning of our set price meal it was delicious. Meager to start was delightful. The ginger carrots amazing. Lamb was very good. And the duck, ohh the duck, best duck we have had. Each dish had a variety of flavors that blended so perfectly. Theo was a great server. Excellent experience.

10/10We went out of our way to dine at Hebe because it was recommended to us. This place is outstanding. We did the tastings to get an abundance of flavors. The server was extremely knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations.
