10/10It is a small restaurant. I'd been there a couple of times before under the old management and it was very good. The food was inventive and we were not rushed out after 2 hours. When they realized our table for five was much too small, they added another table. They presented the bill without the Fork discount but corrected it with no issue.

This restaurant is incredible, very unassuming and if you walk fast, you may even miss it! It is, however, a hidden jewel. Our waitress was Paula, she was awesome and patient and spoke English! She also had a gentleman from the restaurant come over to our table and help us with wine pairing, a quasi-Sommelier experience without the pretentiousness. It was an amazing meal, presented like art…a true French gourmet experience! If you want to relax, enjoy and peak into how the Parisians savor their food, this is the place! I had the octopus, and a melon paprika soup, and my husband had a vegetarian meal, with carrots. Everything was amazing. We will be back, PS, Paula will teach you some French! Merci Paula et au revoir!

+1The cuisine is outstanding at Hebe. The vegetarian meal had an amazing tomato starter followed by the most amazing gnocchi with zucchini. The chocolate dessert was incredible. Another ordered the melon gazpacho starter and the duck for the entree. So delicious!

+3Visited Hebe on a recent visit during a Thursday evening. The Restaurant was empty on arrival, assume due to the time/day so was unable to get a full grasp of the atmosphere on a busy service. Service was obviously attentive considering we were the only Diners T that time but top marks nevertheless. Opted to have the sharing option of which a variety of dishes are offered in different combinations, this was priced at 85E per person (x3). As the name suggests, the sharing options are served on one plate so be prepared to portion each dish. The food was enjoyable without being spectacular and offered something different (EG Octopus and Water Melon). The Service Team did ask for any feedback on each dish so obviously striving to improve and take Diners into consideration. Recommend for an evening meal with a twist.

10/10My wife and I are vegetarian and had several options. We selected the sampling menu and enjoyed tasting different choices for each part of the meal. The eggplant puree and the green pea entree were superb. The lemon dessert was my favorite. The waitress was careful to help us navigate a nut allergy and select a marvelous white wine. We will return to Hebe on our next rendezvous in Paris

9.5/10Small intimate restaurant full of people enjoying the amazing food..Staff were lovely, spoke English when we didn’t quite understand the French. The food was exquisite, beautifully presented and the staff were happy to explain and discuss the ingredients and sauces.
