We shared a tasting menu for three and every dish offered a surprising delicious flavor combination. Standouts for our group included the potato-leek soup and the avocado-based dessert. We each had a different favorite main, which just shows you can't go wrong! The atmosphere was contemporary and fun, and the staff was friendly and easily able to help our group in English (I was the only French-speaker of the three of us.) Our waiters noticed the name on my husband's shirt and wound up listening to his band's EP in the kitchen, which was a fun experience for us. I highly recommend Hébé to anyone looking for a culinary adventure.

+3The warm greeting and care taken with menu details were a wonderful start to this unique and memorable dining experience. We were visiting from California and had questions about a few dishes which were thoughtfully addressed as well as recommendations made to help curate our shared feast. We returned to Hebe for our second dinner during our Paris trip. The food and service couldn’t have been better. Don’t miss having a meal at this restaurant.

Amazing meal. Food was presented beautifully and amazing flavour. It was quite busy and only one server that’s why I rated 4/5 for service , waited a long time to order and for drinks . Was a loud atmosphere. Would go back because the food was amazing

Food was amazing, a lot of different taste such as citrus, ginger etc and good quality. We sat next to a noicy table so a bit difficult to talk to each other. Pricey but we had a good offer from the Fork.

Absolutely spectacular! One of the best meals I’ve ever had anywhere. I got the duck. My husband got the veal. My friends got the flank steak and the octopus. All were exceptional! Also the chocolate with black sesame ice cream for dessert was phenomenal!

Perfect spot for a date night! Everything we had was delicious. Amazing service too :)

It is a small restaurant. I'd been there a couple of times before under the old management and it was very good. The food was inventive and we were not rushed out after 2 hours. When they realized our table for five was much too small, they added another table. They presented the bill without the Fork discount but corrected it with no issue.
