9.5/10The food was excellent, superb flavours, well presented, good portions. The tables were quite close, which made the waiting staffs job difficult to reach and serve. Good table neighbours enhanced the evening.

10/10Shawn(Sean) was the perfect server! We celebrated our 10th Anniversary at Hestia tonight and couldn’t have picked a better place. It definitely lives up to all of the five star reviews. Food, atmosphere, ambiance - all on point!

10/10Delicious food, very polite and solicitous waiting staff able to converse in multiple languages but not intrusive. We do not eat meat (there was no vegetarian only main menu item) but we do eat fish and shellfish and the beetroot and prawn starters were both exquisite. The fish came with an aioli that was delicious and was then surrounded by a smooth fish soup, very tasty. The scallops were perfectly cooked and matched with a jerusalem artichoke sauce that went interestingly without overriding the scallops. All very nicely presented. Faultless. Dessert was amazing - the mango shortbread was intensely tasty and the chocolate espuma a perfect combination of discovering elements of it without overwhelming.

9.5/10the experience was exceptional. From the moment we were seated, Sean (downstairs) greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, offering insightful recommendations tailored to our tastes and even providing thoughtful pairings with our drinks. Throughout the meal, Sean demonstrated a perfect balance of attentiveness and discretion, checking in just the right amount without interrupting our conversation. They ensured that everything was to our liking and went above and beyond to accommodate a special dietary request with ease. Food was amazing in particular the perfect cook pork! Great experience in Paris! Yes pricy but worth it

10/10Minding our waste lines, the four of us had only entrées. One veal, one steak and two pork’s. EXCELLENT portions, cooked to order and very flavorful. Limited “sides”. Very good bottle of wine. Very attentive service and good value. Interior was very chic. Great attractive crowd.

10/10Each time I have been, it is noticeable how all the finest details are considered to make it a very exceptional experience. Completely surprising given the location amongst so many tourist traps in the St Michel quarter. I cannot recommend Hestia highly enough and plan to return very soon.

10/10It was my birthday and we had flown to Paris to see the Notre Dame re-opened, which was also an awesome experience. My daughter, who came with me, found this restaurant, she loves eating out and the experience of trying new food. The staff were very attentive, gave us lots of information about the food and even bought me a few chocolate sweets with a candle and sang Happy Birthday. It was a memorable experience. The food was delicious, I had pigeon which was cooked to perfection and have recommended you to any who are staying near the Latin Quarter as one to visit. 9.5/10Don't let the touristy street fool you. This is seriously some of the best, and most affordable, meals I've ever had in Paris. It currently ranks as one of my top ex-US restaurants of all time. For a full French meal experience without Michelin prices, please, please check this place out! Staff are lovely, friendly, and accommodating.
