Minding our waste lines, the four of us had only entrées. One veal, one steak and two pork’s. EXCELLENT portions, cooked to order and very flavorful. Limited “sides”. Very good bottle of wine. Very attentive service and good value. Interior was very chic. Great attractive crowd.

Each time I have been, it is noticeable how all the finest details are considered to make it a very exceptional experience. Completely surprising given the location amongst so many tourist traps in the St Michel quarter. I cannot recommend Hestia highly enough and plan to return very soon.

It was my birthday and we had flown to Paris to see the Notre Dame re-opened, which was also an awesome experience. My daughter, who came with me, found this restaurant, she loves eating out and the experience of trying new food. The staff were very attentive, gave us lots of information about the food and even bought me a few chocolate sweets with a candle and sang Happy Birthday. It was a memorable experience. The food was delicious, I had pigeon which was cooked to perfection and have recommended you to any who are staying near the Latin Quarter as one to visit. Don't let the touristy street fool you. This is seriously some of the best, and most affordable, meals I've ever had in Paris. It currently ranks as one of my top ex-US restaurants of all time. For a full French meal experience without Michelin prices, please, please check this place out! Staff are lovely, friendly, and accommodating.

This place was so well reviewed we had to pop in and try it. Despite the fact that we were not dressed for a place of this caliber (just dressed for a day of exploring Paris), the staff could not have been nicer and provided better service. And the food was exceptional. Everything was great, and two dishes are now living rent free in my head they were so good. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I had dinner for my birthday and everything was incredible! The service and attention they went above and beyond, the food was amazing and the ambiance very cool. I can’t recommend this place enough! Would definitely come back a million times. The staff definitely is the star of the show. Don’t hesitate to reserve a table, you won’t regret it.

This place was the best restaurant among all we have tried during our stay in Paris. The service by everyone was amazing and warm welcoming, all plates were delicious and tasty. I’m wish I could give more than 5stars. Thank you so much for everything. I’ll come back again to try other food.

What a great find. Service was impeccable, we were very well taken care without overdoing, great French subtle sophistication! One of the best desserts and salads I ever had, my daughter loved her dish(I have to coerce her usually to finish) and enjoyed it very much. I had the fish entree which was very good too, and with a glass of champagne it was a great experience. Love the location too,
