The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly! The chocolate mousse is to die for!

The food was excellent, however service was very poor. The staff weren’t very friendly and were not very accommodating either. I would go back for the food but would be hesitant to go to that specific restaurant due to the staff.

Burger is very small for the price. Fries are extra. Much better value at other restaurants in Lisbon

The problem was mainly due to service. when the menu was presented I asked about allergen list, and instead of presenting the list(what is usually mandatory) they asked what I was allergic and what item in the menu I was interested in. I said the item and my allergies (sesame seeds). Instead of telling me that the bread might have sesame seeds or the sauce, they gave me a burger with no bread and no sauce. I don’t know what they were thinking, they just assumed that I went to a burger house and wanted to eat just the meat with salted onions, and surprisingly enough pay the full price of the item. Imagine my surprise when I received the item… It was a complete disappointment. The manager was not present on the house and the responsible clearly wasn’t ready to deal with the questions. In the end I ate the meat and onions + french fries and paid the full price of everything just cause I wanted to leave the place. It was honestly a ridiculous experience.

The staff is truly what makes it worth it. The food is ok, not the beest burguer ever but surely not the worst, but for me it's a bit overpriced. But the staff is really friendly and the whole restaurant has really good ambience. Special shout-out to the boy with the hand tattoo!

Discount was just available for the first 20 customers of the day, and there was no information on the platform. We ended up paying full price for the food. Major fail!

Warm welcoming, efficient staff, plenty of space. Kids friendly. But pricy and with this new annoying trend of tips hunting in the receipt.

We had dinner for two. The day we went it wasn't a busy day, and it was really nice, since we could easily talk and hear each other. The food quality was really good, and their Banoffee dessert is really to die for. The staff was nicely mannered and everything made it a nice experience. Thank you.

I went with my friends in a double reservation. When I arrived there the staff organized everything perfectly. The food was great and the price was awesome. I'm sure that we were loud (because we were 9) and the staff was always super great with us. The staff was super patient when we were playing one by one. Recommended ????????

This place is AWESOMe! The food was very good, the drinks tasted amazing. And, all of the staff we interacted with were so pleasant and focused on ensuring we got the perfect meal. Will be going backa again soon!

As Canadians vacationing in Lisbon we all agree that the burgers & onion rings are by far better than anything we’ve had on the east coast. It was very fresh, hot and full of flavour. Banoffee was a delicious treat for desert.

simple meal - one X Burger and one Bacon Burger. One with fries and one with salad and yogurt dressing. Both our meals were perfect - cooked well, really delicious, well assembled, easy to eat and perfectly seasoned and sauced. Really nice server, food came promptly. G&T yummy. Side salad with yogurt dressing was really fresh and delish. Top of my list the next time we’re up for burgers.
