7/10The food was excellent, however service was very poor. The staff weren’t very friendly and were not very accommodating either. I would go back for the food but would be hesitant to go to that specific restaurant due to the staff.

The problem was mainly due to service. when the menu was presented I asked about allergen list, and instead of presenting the list(what is usually mandatory) they asked what I was allergic and what item in the menu I was interested in. I said the item and my allergies (sesame seeds). Instead of telling me that the bread might have sesame seeds or the sauce, they gave me a burger with no bread and no sauce. I don’t know what they were thinking, they just assumed that I went to a burger house and wanted to eat just the meat with salted onions, and surprisingly enough pay the full price of the item. Imagine my surprise when I received the item… It was a complete disappointment. The manager was not present on the house and the responsible clearly wasn’t ready to deal with the questions. In the end I ate the meat and onions + french fries and paid the full price of everything just cause I wanted to leave the place. It was honestly a ridiculous experience.

The staff is truly what makes it worth it. The food is ok, not the beest burguer ever but surely not the worst, but for me it's a bit overpriced. But the staff is really friendly and the whole restaurant has really good ambience. Special shout-out to the boy with the hand tattoo!
