2/10The waiter was smug. We shared an appetizer and an entree our portions were far less in quality than the guest that spoke Italian. We ordered a liter of less than mediocre house wine and were charged 32e explanation was price based by the glass. We were not offered parameson for our pasta nor was olive oil brought to the table for bread we took it from an other table we were still charged a cover fee. Food was less tha mediocre

7.5/10Nice service and food, but had to pay 6€ “for the cutlery”. Despite that, they said the service was not included, which is totally abnormal in Italy.

10/10Food was superb, sensible sized portions plenty of choice and waiting staff who spoke excellent English, made the evening a real treat by chatting and making us feel very welcome. Would definitely visit again, many thanks for a superb evening

7.5/10I have no issues with the food , the service was good. Where this whole experience went completely wrong is we paid with the fork app. After I finished paying via the app and received the confirmation email, I then showed the lady and she ushered us inside and began to tell us we haven’t paid. I showed her the payment confirmation email and the app showing we paid. She began to get very rude and yell at us. So we waited and she called the owner and the owner says you can’t pay this way cause it’s not possible. I explained that the app had allowed me to pay so therefore it seemed that there was perhaps an issue between the restaurant and the app. The lady simply would not accept that we had paid and kept trying to make me pay again. I refused as I had already paid. She would not let me leave for almost 30 minutes and made me feel like a criminal. She also kept asking for my name, which was already on the fork app payment confirmation. I think this restaurant needs to figure out their payment methods and not treat paying customers like thieves.
