10/10We just had the best lunch of our trip, by far. Gabriel and Vincent took such great care of us, making us feel right at home. And the quality of the seafood was off the charts! So delicious. The best oysters I have had in years. And the salmon and tuna were phenomenal. Everything prepared just right - very elevated but also reasonably priced. The restaurant is charming and located in a lovely area for walking before or after the meal. There's a beautiful old church right across the street.. very visual. There's outdoor seating if you want to soak it all in. And the home/museum of the French writer Balzac is just steps away, if you're looking for a memorable excursion... the Metro is very close too. We cannot wait to come back. Update: we went back and it was every bit as good as the first time. We met the chef François and he was wonderful. Our server Alicia could not have been nicer. We really enjoyed our conversations with her. And it was a real pleasure to meet Timothy who is a real class act. He is the best. This is the type of restaurant that you want to come back to over and over again. Hopefully we’ll have time to return for one more visit while we are still in Paris. Update: we’ve been back a few more times and this is officially our favorite restaurant in Paris! You cannot beat the oysters, salmon, and wine! Special shout out to Elizabeth. She has an amazing knowledge of wine and food, and treats us so very kindly. Her smile is heartwarming. She and Alicia make quite the team. The entire team here is perfect. If you want to dine like a local who has good taste then this is it!

10/10I spent 14 days in Nice and Paris, and there were only 3 restaurants that I really liked the food out of those 14 days. Huitres et Saumons de Passy was one of the best. All the fish was so fresh and so delicious. I had tuna tataki, and it was prepared perfectly and was so delicious.

10/10The oysters were really delicious, both burned and raw, paired with white wine and champagne. The grilled cod and slow-cooked beef cheek were tasteful. The soup came with bread and was great value for money and tastes great. Recommended to anyone visiting Paris.

8/10We have always had good experience. Mainly when we sit outdoor. Because of the rain, we sat indoors and the restaurant was full. The experience is not the same as the tables were almost touching each other which is common in many Parisian restaurants, but at this price level, we expect a little more space and maybe slightly bigger tables. The food was delicious but the service very slow

10/10What a find! We walked to Huîtres et Saumons de Passy and arrived ready to enjoy our meal. We were warmly greeted and given a choice of table. (Wish we had seen that the door to the "toilettes" was right there.) The menu is just the right size- not too many choices and many were appealing. Two of us chose the pavé de saumon/sauce saboyan and the pommes de terre mille feuille. Simply superb! The potatoes are thinly slices and arrive in a browned rectangle. They could not have been better. The salmon was cooked perfectly, succulent and bursting with flavor. The 3rd member of our party ordered the tataki de thon, beautifully plated and cooked perfectly. I ordered their home-made ice cream: one scoop of vanilla and one of chocolate- not too sweet and incredibly creamy with a depth of flavor. The servers, the "maître de", everyone working were warm, professional, and attentive to the perfect degree- no hovering, but there when we needed them. We heard Spanish, English, and French spoken- and the noise level was very low, the ambiance ideal for a lovely evening out.

9.5/10We were recommended this restaurant and it lived up to the wonderful expectations. Lovely service and really wonderful food. Simple but extremely good products and fine cooking. We had one vegetarian and they cooked a lovely special mail for her. We’ll be back when in Paris next time!!

10/10The fish at tonight’s dinner was excellent for both of us. Fresh vegetables were perfectly balanced with the fish. Loved this out of the way small restaurant. Staff was friendly as well. Prices are very reasonable for such great fish and seafood. Highly recommend!

10/10This creative, intimate seafood restaurant is worth traveling for. Wonderful service and food. High quality ingredients and skillful preparation. Recommend especially cod fritters, fried octopus, and oysters. Magnifique!

9/10Very simple room with a few tables only but the food was packed with flavor. The raw materials were of high quality and the preparation was skilled. The staff was friendly while professional. I highly recommend this small gem in an obscure street in Passy.
