We had a nice lunch with seafoods! It was tasty and the service was nice. I recommande for seafoods lovers to try this restaurant.

If I said that HSP is the best seafood restaurant in all of Paris, I would not be exaggerating. The team over there, lead by brothers Victor and Charles, play to win. They truly strive for perfection in their menu and in its execution. It should come as no surprise that they are always busy, tables filled with locals who know the score. If you love ambiance, well they are located on a lovely street in Passy, across from an old historic church. And if you love oysters, salmon, and all sorts of other seafood delicacies then this is your place. HSP is a no brainer, can't miss, place you will remember. Whenever we come to Paris this is our first and last stop, with many stops in between. Ask them for a glass of nice wine and they will bring you the best France has to offer - and their prices are very reasonable too, which I appreciate.

Perfect place for seafood in Paris

I invited my family for a birthday celebration dinner and to introduce them to one of my favorite seafood restaurant in Paris. Unfortunately the Huitres et Saumons team seemed to have an offday. We had to wait quite a long time for our first course and it turned out that our order had been forgotten. Later we even found a small piece of plastic in one of dishes. To their credit the staff were very apologetic and handled both incidents with professionalism. Despite these mishaps the food itself was delicious and as I've had many excellent experiences here before I hope this was just an isolated occasion.

Excellent wine list - lots of biodynamic wines and vins natures. Charming hosts. Delicious, very fresh food. I have known this place since the early days and can onl highly recommend it.

Lovely, fresh seafood prepared in imaginative ways and kind, attentive service. We opted for the lunch menu and it was a veritable feast. Highly recommended.

Incomparable deliciousness! The tataki de thon and the salmon tartare were perfectly prepared, as were the mushroom/hazelnut salad and zucchini side dish. Attentive, but not overly attentive service. Wish we lived in Paris. We'd be regular diners here. This was our 2nd time in 2 weeks and 3rd time overall.

Victor and Charles and Artdeep (sp?) for starters - the team here makes us feel like family. And the seafood is the best in all of Paris - fresh and prepared perfectly every single time. And the ambiance is lovely, sitting outside across from an old church - what more do you want? We love Passy - a great neighborhood to walk around and enjoy authentic Paris.

Victor and Charles made us feel right at home. Their service could not have been any better. And as usual the seafood at HSP is as good as it gets. HSP remains our favorite restaurant in all of Paris - it is in a charming spot with views of an old church, perfect for walking around before or after the meal. You can always count on them for a good wine recommendation too! This restaurant embodies everything I am looking for - good people, delicious and fresh food, and at a reasonable price. When I am not at HSP, I am thinking about my next visit.

Oyster there are always fresh and delicious. I was there for 3 years ago and I really like the foods there.

Best oysters I've ever had, the fried octopus was excellent and the waitstaff was terrific, including a great wine recommendation with dinner.

We went right at the opening of the restaurant at 7pm and had a pleasant dinner. the food was good but the service very nice.

Oh, we are going back. This is a delightful place with just the right touch to every single aspect of what you want in a quaint little restaurant in Paris. It is really a gem.
