Incomparable deliciousness! The tataki de thon and the salmon tartare were perfectly prepared, as were the mushroom/hazelnut salad and zucchini side dish. Attentive, but not overly attentive service. Wish we lived in Paris. We'd be regular diners here. This was our 2nd time in 2 weeks and 3rd time overall.

Victor and Charles and Artdeep (sp?) for starters - the team here makes us feel like family. And the seafood is the best in all of Paris - fresh and prepared perfectly every single time. And the ambiance is lovely, sitting outside across from an old church - what more do you want? We love Passy - a great neighborhood to walk around and enjoy authentic Paris.

Victor and Charles made us feel right at home. Their service could not have been any better. And as usual the seafood at HSP is as good as it gets. HSP remains our favorite restaurant in all of Paris - it is in a charming spot with views of an old church, perfect for walking around before or after the meal. You can always count on them for a good wine recommendation too! This restaurant embodies everything I am looking for - good people, delicious and fresh food, and at a reasonable price. When I am not at HSP, I am thinking about my next visit.

Best oysters I've ever had, the fried octopus was excellent and the waitstaff was terrific, including a great wine recommendation with dinner.
