Hulscher’s offered a tasty meal in a stylish environment with friendly service. The numbered steaks were fantastic! Definitely worth another visit.

Food was ok, entrecote fries mini salad.( 26 e) Thee was an Italian wine by the glass at E 7 Which was descent . Staff was friendly though not dutch speaking. For the toilets you need to get a key. I used a redeem voucher from the fork , this was a reasonable option. Its a central location in a descent hotel , nice open kitchen . all in all quite ok

This restaurant is truly amazing. We had a very good time. The decoration is modern and stylish, the service very good and personalized , and everything we had was exceeding our expectation . The steak was one of the best we had for a long while. I would not hesitate to go back next time I’m in Amsterdam. Thanks to the whole team for a great moment

Great Restaurant! The food was amazing and let’s say modern Dutch quisine. Good variety of dishes and great flavors and presentation. We had two types of great fish dishes. Would recommend! The staff was super friendly and helpful too! (Long and Valeria)

Very nice restaurant with great service. Edward and Marcello were very forthcoming and awake. They read the table and set up everything in perfect oder. The food was excellent. The catch of the day and the steak were both extraordinary and on point. Both our waiters Edwards and Marcello were super i formed about the menu and could answer all the questions. The atmosphere was really great and calm. Perfect for a romantic dinner for 2 or some friends. Definitely yo recommend.

The food was really tasty. The staff were all friendly. We liked fish & chips; the chips were crunchy, the fish was fresh and the purée of peas was seasoned so well. Pork cheeks was super tender and delicious. We enjoyed the meal very much

I come to this restaurant once a year. I think the food is fabulous. The service is superb and also the atmosphere is very quaint. Highly recommend giving Luxembourg a visit....... food is absolutely wonderful.

Food above expectations, gastronomic level. Extremely friendly staff that served with passion. Good price - quality because of the set 4 course menu vegan or non vegan. Do try this gem.

Absolutely loved it here! The only thing I could criticise is the menu. Only being able to choose with a meat or a vegetarian option. No mix. It made for a very heavy meal, despite the portion sizes being good. Even if you could choose a course off one or the other, it would’ve been better. The service was impeccable. Friendly, warm and welcoming. We would go back. But choose one of each menu options and share-not ideal.

The food, service and general presentation was poor at best. It’s almost glorified pub food in a working hotel. We wouldn’t go back. Disappointing really. The pictures look great but it was a lacklustre experience.

The restaurant has a very nice location in the centre. The food tasted amazing however the staff was unorganised. Also the discount they have for do drink does not apply for the people that come with a reservation from The Fork, so keep that in mind when you order.

Do not recommend! Restaurant manager Sophie does not know how to deal politely with the customers. The food was OK but we waited 50 minutes for our steak to arrive although the restaurant was almost empty.

This is truly a wonderful restaurant located on the first floor of a beautiful hotel. The food and service were outstanding. I would definitely recommend dining here.

Been here nearly twenty years previously and the place had been packed: this time there were four or five other people and some of them looked comatose: the menu was limited to say the least, a selection of croquettes and burgers- you would be better off trying the same in one of the bars in Amsterdam.

the food was really good, the place was great and the service was pretty good. NOTE: The only thing that I would highlight is that if you go with a Thefork discount, they won’t take it (that’s the only reason I reserved in the first place) I had to pay full price.

My visit was for nostalgic reasons as I have eaten at the restaurant as a boy of 11 in 1967. I have returned to dine there subsequently for the wonderful early memories of being there with my family. A lot had changed in the restaurant since my last visit in 2003; however, the food remains quite good.

We enjoyed the famous 'numbered steaks' which were succulent and flavourful, served with an imaginative garnish of carrot, asparagus and a delightful tiny mushroom tart, plus perfect chips. Our desserts of cheesecake and apple pie were also delicious.

Came here on our first night in Amsterdam as we were staying in the hotel. It exceeded expectations. Wonderful food, excellent service. Would definitely return if in Amsterdam and would highly recommend.

When I got there I asked for a table and the lady told me that she would need to see if I could get a table even if the restaurant was complete empty, then I told her about my reservation and she got one table for us. But the restaurant did not get full until we finished our dinner and left.
