Leek soup nice with a Moldovan wine. Delicious sick breast with lots of begging garnishes went well with an Italian wine. Pear dessert was delicious but a bit small. By the way the Fork may remove photos of wine bottles so apologies if you can’t see them.

At this point, it’s one of my favorite restaurants — it never disappoints. The food is always delicious and beautifully presented, and they serve some excellent Moldovan wine. The staff is top notch: friendly, attentive, and welcoming every time. The food is well worth the full price, so if you happen to catch a promo, consider yourself lucky!

We came for the steak for which Hulcher’s is famous and we were not disappointed. Tender and flavourful, it was cooked well done, exactly as we ordered. The staff were professional yet also friendly.

I don’t usually give 10s, but Hulscher’s absolutely deserves it. Not only is it AMAZING value for money, but the dishes are also SO CREATIVE—yet still surprisingly delicious. It’s flavours that you wouldn’t think to pair together yourself necessarily, but they are just in perfect harmony with each other. As if the chef is letting you in on a secret you never knew your palate was missing. Every plate feels like a work of art, with each edible flower carefully plated onto a dish, like petals pressed between the pages of a love letter. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been, if not, THE BEST restaurant. I will 100% be coming back. I had the eggplant as a starter and pork belly as a main, plus an amazing Pornstar Martini cocktail. The service was absolutely impeccable as well—but nothing could beat that amazing eggplant dish. It wasn’t just food; it was the kind of dish you find yourself wishing you could experience that first bite all over again.

Good food and polite service. One of the chefs got sick and had to leave, so we had to wait up to an hour for both main and dessert but they compensated well with discounts.
