10/10The choice of food was excellent and delicious. The wine was exquisite. Finally, the service was absolutely first class.The dining location with its old fresco ceiling made for an extremely enjoyable lunch, one of those lunches that I will look back on memorably for this trip.

Let me say that for the global experience, 4/10 for the kitchen is a low score which doesn't consider at all the other dishes you had and the quality of the proposals.If you had shared your disliking during the dinner, we could have offered you another dish, that could have meet better your taste. Have you expressed your concerns to our staff? As the staff didn’t reported any negative feedback from your side. Traditional proposals are very rich and tasty, but not well know for being properly light.Hope welcoming you in the next future, just to let you try other courses that will meet your needs. Perhaps a 6 could have been more adequate, accordingly to your comments.If only you had shared your opinion during the dinner, I’m sure our Team we could have offered you something more in line with your tastes, as from a further investigation the staff didn’t recall any negative feedback from your side. 6/10Perhaps the most beautiful room in Bologna.... Food however was as disappointing as the room was comfortable. Small portions on the entrees and not well executed. Our servers were competent but not polished and were less than passionate about what they were doing; clearly just "doing their jobs" .... But what was up with the fruit flys????? They were like a plaque. Our server finally brought paper glass napkins to put on top of our wine glasses. The server said this has been a problem there for years and they just can't find out what to do !!!! YIKES!!! We ate in several restaurants in Bologna with indoor and outdoor seating and doors open unlike I Carracci that has closed doors and very functional air conditioning. No excuse for that at all!

10/10Stopped for lunch while in Bologna for the day. The hotel and restaurant is stunning. Staff were very informative and so friendly. Food was divine. Highly recommend if you are visiting (not too expensive given the Michelin star). Trying the bolognese cooked correctly from where it originated is a must!

Moreover, allow me to say that despite the name, our menu is far from being 'classic'; on the contrary, it continues to offer dishes with complex execution, great balances and high quality ingredients. You can still breath our Executive Chef’s creativity in his unique proposals. 7.5/10The food was excellent, and Andrea was an amazing employee. He was so friendly and kind. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with our wine pairing, and no effort was made to correct the issue. Another table also had issues with their bill and being overcharged. Staff other than Andrea were generally unpleasant and unhelpful. If they can figure out the service, this could be an excellent location!

10/10We had the tasting menu “from sea to land.” Every element was delicious. The langoustine was a standout. Everything was really. We did not do a wine pairing, opting for a glass of white and followed by a red to go with the lamb. The suggestions for the wine were excellent. The service was impeccable, but light and friendly, not at all stiff. It was a lovely evening.

4/10Amazing location with original al fresco ceilings . The welcome was great , bartender friendly and attentive . Generous glasses of quality wines , tasty snacks and local knowledge shared . However , the restaurant experience itself did not live up to the warm welcome nor voluptuous setting. In general the food fell flat. On some courses missing seasoning , others acidity , apart from a couple of dishes across two tasting menus lacking balance . The cooking of some of the meats was inaccurate, cuisants under or over shot . Some lacked freshness or seemed to me to have spent too long under a hot lamp . There was just a sense that the chef was in a hurry to get the food out. Credit where credit is due, the pasta dishes embodied the spirit of this city , lovingly prepared , rich in flavour and beautifully presented. The service was not unfriendly per say but like the food lacked accuracy . Cutlery coming out after food delivered to tables, petit four arriving long before apperetives, a few missed visual cues. At the end the FOH seemed more focused on close down than customers. As someone who has spent years in the hard grind of hospitality, on a base level I get why you would be more than keen to see out Sunday . However ,when you put yourself in a similar bracket as Michelin in terms of price and promise , I would expect far more finesse and attentiveness .

9/10The spirit of the team and the ambiance of the place were worth everything. It was very pleasant. Even when there was a small mistake in the kitchen in one of the dishes, the problem was taken care of immediately. It was delicious and pleasant. The value is good. It might have been possible to give a small compensation for the mistake, but the warm attitude of the waiters was enough compensation for me.

6/10This was an evening of two halves - the welcome was warm and efficient, the staff welcoming and professional. Advice on wines was great (after many years of tasting, I was still surprised by the remarkable Prosecco !), and the three of us thought our first courses were excellent. 9.5/10Very good restaurant. Beautiful decor. Very good service. The two wines suggested by the Maitre D were superb. The only problem with the tasting menu is that they served my friend mushrooms, when she specifally said that she was allergic to.

6/10We followed the Michelin guide and went to this restaurant . My husbands sucking pig was good . My risotto as a first course was the worst I have ever had . Looked good with a lot of prose and intro by the head waiter who advised me to choose it . It tasted of cases board . No taste . Had to ask for salt and pepper . Even this did not help . Something was terribly wrong . How could have the chef got this so wrong And tasteless . Too scared to order dessert in case the same thing happened . So paid up and left . Soo irritated as we were looking forward to a culinary experience

Have you expressed your concerns to our staff during dinner service? As I didn’t receive any negative feedback. Our staff could have proposed you another meal. Moreover I expect that if the risotto was truly so terrible, you would have left the whole portion. Maybe the very delicate flavour deviate from your personal taste.
