9.5/10Excellent food and lovely outdoor dining experience. Very well presented and large selection of dishes to choose from. Wine made in their own vineyard is very good value. Only disappointing part was the slow service. Dinner took two hours which was a shame. We would definitely return as the food was good..

10/10Extraordinary cuisine in a beautiful country setting. The chef deserves one Guide Michelin star. The egg and truffle double souffle with pecorino cheese sauce was unique and exciting—I wanted to have several more! So eggy and light, perfectly balanced with the sauce. This dish alone is worth a visit. The pan-fried beef filet with a Port sauce was heavenly—I have rarely been so impressed with a sauce for beef. And the beef was highest flavorful quality. Dessert was a raspberry sorbet that was the most intense and flavorful raspberry you could imagine. There is a lovely outdoor garden which enhances the experience. The restaurant is associated with a local winery, and you should stay with those—excellent. Service was friendly and efficient. Best restaurant around this area; we’ve been coming to the area for years, but had missed this gem.

10/10To sit in a garden and eat handmade pasta, eat perfectly cooked organic meat and drink a glass of vino Nobile de Montepulciano is as near to culinary paradise as it gets. Simone Corsetti and his team run a wonderful restaurant that is popular with both locals and visitors for a very good reason: They consistently deliver great food, great service and a first rate wine list with very reasonable mark-ups.

9/10Wonderful on a hot summer evening, sitting outside. The food is unbeatable in the area and the steak with truffle and port sauce was not only a beautiful - and large - fillet of beef but beautifully judged. Simone in the kitchen is fantastic. Good service and very sensible prices: €110 for 3 courses for 2 with wine.

10/10We return to this lovely restaurant each year, and this visit was again extremely enjoyable. Large outdoor dining area was perfect for a warm summer evening. They always start off with complementary Prosecco, we always have egg and truffle, salad and then mains, this time ravioli and a steak with truffles. Very expansive wine list including their own wines from grapes grown on property. Top notch service, English spoken by all staff.

10/10One of our all time favorite restaurants in Italy. My husband said today after finishing our meal (lamb chops, roasted potatoes and red cabbage) that it is the best meal he has ever had. Everything was perfect. Grazie Simone.

10/10This restaurant is superb. If you are anywhere close by, make the time to stop in for great food, impeccable service and a wonderful wine list. We are traveling across Italy and this place is truly a "10" from start to finish. The servers are spot on and the entrees are marvelous and served steaming hot. The dessert we had - s cocunut pana cotta with a mango topping was simply sensational. Highly recommend!!!

10/10The restaurant is in a beautiful countryside with a warm, welcoming interior. The food and service were excellent. The handmade ravioli was a highlight. There is a wide selection of meat. We had the beef with artichokes and grilled lamb, both cooked perfectly. The wine list is also impressive. All in all it was a memorable holiday meal experience.

10/10We had a wonderful evening. The owner greeted us warmly when we arrived and we were shown to a comfortable table in an intimate setting. We were treated to a glass of Girasoli’s own sparkling wine to enjoy with the amuse bouche of shaved truffles on toast. The menu is composed of mostly local produce. Our meals were perfectly prepared and the homemade pasta with porcini was divine. We enjoyed an excellent red from their vineyard that paired nicely with the beef entrees. We will definitely go back. We have been a number of times over the years and have never been disappointed.

6.5/10We were disappointed on our most recent visit. The first course of stuffed courgette flowers was not very tasty because it needed salt and there was no salt on the table. The pork ribs were tender but again not particularly tasty. The lamb was good but came from New Zealand. We had eaten beef the previous evening otherwise we would have chosen that. The vegetables were uninspired and rather sparse for four of us. It is usually better than this so maybe it was just an off night.

8/10The restaurant is beautiful. Each room only has a few tables and so there is lots of space. We had a very large table and it was one a private room. The food is very good, especially if you like red meat. There weren’t many other choices and nothing for vegans. The wine was amazing and very inexpensive for the quality.

And again thank you for the opportunity to remark that our Restaurant is specialized on serving top quality meat (pork, lamb and beef) but we have also several good options for vegetarians (a lot of truffle, premium cheeses, hand made pastas, etc.) altough we are defnitly NOT prepared for serving VEGAN meals. We can always prepare a very simple pasta with tomato or a vegetables plate and VEGAN are anyway welcome but keep in mind that we are capable of preparing very very simple vegan dishes, with smal options and not a fine dining meal.

6/10We had great memories of this restaurant from 4 years ago but were sadly disappointed this time.The main problem was blaring 50 year old American music. I asked a waitress why not Italian music ( or silence!) and she said the proprietor liked jazz....though the noise was crooning, on an endless loop. Yes, the food was good and the service fair but we shall certainly not be rebooking for Sunday lunch as we had planned.

First of all, thanks for visiting us. Classic Jazz music is a very good ambience music, and we never play music at high volume. That's true: our jazz music is softly playing along the entire evening. But if someone asks for lower volume or for a more quite corner, we take care of our guests requests. So I am just a bit surprised you judged all our work, about food, service and abience in general, exclusively for the kind of music played on backgraund. At the end, restaurant is mainly food, service and ambience, not a concert... But thanks for sharing your opinion with us, we always accuarately consider the opinions of our dear Guests.

10/10Wow! We had a recommendation to eat here by a friend in the US. What a wonderful evening! The atmosphere and view was amazing. The staff was so accommodating, especially Francesco. He was wonderful. They pampered us all night. The best part of the meal was the truffle egg souffle with cheese sauce. I tasted my sister's and would have made a meal of that delectable dish. My husband and I got the truffle ravioli. He ate 1/2 and hates mushrooms. (That's saying something) It was fabulous. I ordered the lamb along with 3 others at our table. Cooked medium rare to perfection. My husband and his sister had the ribs. They were falling off the bone. Heard the wine was very good. Our dessert was the Amalfi lemon curd. It was in the shape of a lemon and yummy. Not too sweet and beautiful to look at. A perfect evening.
