We had high hopes of this restaurant based on previous reviews and the interesting menus but unfortunately it didn‘t live up to our expectations. We waited 2 hours to be served our food. We‘d only ordered a main course! When it did eventually come, it was a very small portion, served lukewarm and not worth the 28 euros it cost. There were 7 tables of diners, mostly only 2 people at each table but the chef could not keep up with the orders. Everyone had to wait hours for their food. Most left before the meal was completed. Apparently there was an issue with the waiting staff - one with a broken foot, the other painfully nervous but this did not excuse the waiting times or the poor quality of the food, The waiting staff did their best and the homemade bread and the wine were excellent but all in all, it was a disastrous dining experience. The 20 percent discount was also not applied. I had to ask for it!

Buona sera rispettiamo la sua critica in quanto questa sera abbiamo avuto oggettivamente dei problemi non indifferenti che erano palesi …. Dato come scritto da lei una con la gamba rotta si è esatto peccato che si trattava della nostra direttrice di sala e il 24 ore non siamo riusciti a trovare un sostituto.Il nostro unico errore è stato quello di voler fare il nostro lavoro che amiamo in maniera incondizionata, a tutti i costi forse non dovevamo fare il servizio disdicendo tutte le prenotazioni. Però come è giusta la sua valutazione odierna lo è in egual modo quella degli altri clienti che fortunatamente ci hanno visto in formazione completa e al top . Per lo sconto del 20% le assicuro che non le avremmo mai voluto rubare i suoi 16 euro quindi si è trattato di una semplice svista , a cui è stato posto rimedio una volta fatto presente e con tanto di scuse . Una giornata no purtroppo capita grazie per essere venuti . Mi auguro un giorno possiate ritornare con stima lo staff il perlanera
