The menu was interesting having a wide variety of dishes and local specialities. The waiting staff were helpful and the food was as good as described.

The starters were ok, braseola was very good but the tatar had a pink pastele color and slightly acidic taste. Fine, probably not their forte. But then came the main dish (also the waiter to our benefit has misunderstood and brought just one of two main dishes we ordered). 5 thin slices of some meat that tested like a leftover from a wedding. Along with a testeless polenta. Best tasting were the potatos. At least they were fresh. Seems like its a tourist trap now. We paid 75 euro. We laughed it off but really, keep away.

If you like meat superbly cooked and beautifully presented do go here. We had a delicious dinner of venison and veal, all served quickly and efficiently by a very welcoming staff. This is a lovely, traditional restaurant that doesn't rest on its laurels - it was very busy with locals when we visited, which is always a good sign. Highly recommended.
