4.5/10Food did not meet expectations of a supposedly top restaurant. Main course was meh and not hot, had been sitting for a while and salad was tired. Service was slow, ambience nice. Dissappointing….would not return.

Delicious food. Lovely atmosphere. Waiter was very helpful explaining food and wine menu options. Purchased Lovely bottle of Sauvignon white wine for €28 suggested by waiter. Used 50% off deal having pre booked table which made total meal price really great value. The only negative comment to make is that both main meals (veal and chicken) came out only luke warm. Need to order side of vegetables as little to no veg included within main meal options. Overall experience very good.

Lovely restaurant with nice staff but they were over stretched it seems. It was very nice for a bit until they seated a group of 18 people next to us. It was incredibly loud and obnoxious. Our server was infrequently available and hard to hail and service was very slow. The food was very good and overall it was a good meal but we could not have a conversation with our table. I know they cannot control the noise exactly but for a large group like that, they should probably seat them away from other guests.

6/10Scam Alert – Hidden Charges & Dishonest Upselling! We had an incredibly frustrating experience at this restaurant due to their dishonest pricing tricks and sneaky extra charges. When ordering pasta, the waiter casually asked if we’d like “a bit of truffle”—without mentioning that this small addition would explode the price from €16 to €45! At no point were we warned about this absurd surcharge, and we only noticed it when the bill arrived. To make matters worse, when we questioned the price, the staff avoided giving a clear answer and only admitted to it after we pressed them multiple times. This is nothing short of a scam designed to trick customers into overpaying. Adding insult to injury, they also slapped an unexpected 12% service charge on top, making the final bill even more ridiculous. With unprofessional service, deceptive pricing, and hidden fees, this place is an absolute rip-off. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being scammed!

10/10This is an excellent restaurant and very affordable. We went twice. Valerio, our waiter, is the epitome of the original style of waitering that made it a profession, rather than a job. Go there, you’ll love the ambience, greeting, the table service, food, the wine, the bill. Thanks Valerio, great service.

8/10Amazing food, waooo! But the level of service is far behind the food quality, the communication is not friendly at all. Privacy? I do understand income is important, but unable to talk with my partner due to the noise level as tables are super close (30-40cm) to each other reduce the culinary experince.

3/10Fairly bland food, in an absolutely freezing restaurant. Sat eating with our jackets on - after complaining several times, they offered to move table after we finished eating! After charging us full price, all the manager cared about was how to avoid us giving a bad review online. Tourist rip off.

10/10An excellent restaurant very close to Barberini. Great for ‘locals’ who want to spend a quiet evening out, but also for tourists who want to experience excellent Italian cuisine in a beautiful location. We will be back.

5/10The food was good, but we haven't seen such service for a long time. Everything took a long time, at the end of the dinner the waiter forgot about the dessert order, and didn't forget to ask for a tip in cash

6/10Really disappointed because the lady who works there is very pushy and she changed me 6 euros for nothing!!! That’s like stealing money from a consumer. They’ve added an item for 6 euros which is bread and service when I asked I did not order that she says that’s because of the table sheet. That’s is obviously very disappointing and they are not honest with people who came all the way from 10000km flying to see and experience the world. I was absolutely shocked and disappointed. Putting items that worth money into the bill which the consumer did not order or wished for is an act of stupidity and stealing and it’s illegal.

Wonderful restaurant with exceptional food. The pasta was exceptional, the grilled fish and sauce superb, the tiramisu best ever and the wine delicious. The waiter service was also first rate. One of the best meals we’ve had and well worth the price

My companions dish was superb (the salmon), my dish was disappointing. I had the beef tenderloin w peaches and Bok choy- the beef was very tough however I felt it was the beef cut, not the chefs fault.. it was cooked just as I had asked (med rare) but was very chewy. They graciously gave me a discount so all in all a beautiful dinner with that one little snafu.. I would definitely go back again. ❤️

4.5/10Massive contrasts between the 2 nights we visited. On Sat had a great meal - the tasting menu - superb. On Sun it was chaos - very busy because a lot of restaurants are closed in the area on Sun. Made a couple of bad menu choices too - the aubergine parmigiana and the rice dish - both not very nice and very expensive for what you got. Worst Italian meal ever ….. unexpected when in Italy…..

9.5/10one of our favorite restaurants in Rome, the staff are very welcoming, and the food is great and not overpriced at all! a street vendor with roses rudely interrupted our dinner twice, so it would have been better if the staff didn’t permit them to walk through the outdoor tables. other than that dinner was perfect!

3.5/10We had a very rude male waiter. We had traveled through France, Italy and Spain....unfortunately, this was one of the most memorable meals of our trip because we had a waiter who clearly did not want to provide appropriate service for us and the food was average at best. Two people at the table ordered the Chefs Multi Course Dinner....2 of the 7 courses were enjoyed. We could have overlooked the food if our waiter had not been so stuffy and pretentious. Gorgeous restaurant and the dishes were beautifully plated. The other staff in the restaurant seemed to be really friendly. We are restaurant owners as well, and we would want to hear the negative criticism so we could make adjustments. This is why we are leaving a negative review.

Our favorite dining experience while visiting Rome. The food was exceptional and the service could not have been better. We received the most wonderful recommendations with the salt encrusted Sea Bream and sea bass, wonderful cocktails, and exceptional desserts. Couldn’t have been better! Thank you to our wonderful service provided by Andre.

The experience was lovely, the food was amazing as well as the whole experience. The waiters were well rehearsed in the dishes they were serving and were great at suggesting us the wine to accompany the meal. Will happily visit this restaurant again
