The Food was good but the staff was generally very unmotivated, or at least it seemed that way. There was not that many people so the wait times and the attitude from the staff were not justifiable I think… it’s a pity because I have to say Eataly has has lost its charm and character over the years.

It was pretty okay. I ordered pasta with addition of artichoke but didn’t receive the artichoke so that was disappointing. Was hungry so didn’t want to send back and in the end wasn’t charged either. Pasta was just meh but the service was nice.
