Most of the food was OK, but the attitude from the Head Waiter left a lot to be desired. Suffice to say I wont be returning here due to his actions and attitude. If he thinks that what he served us was in any way carbonara then he and his chef need a lesson in cookery. And yes I do know who to cook carbonara without cream, butter before he tries to tell me again that I dont know how its really cooked.

They did a great job getting us in and out in a reasonable about of time for a group of 14 people.

The Food was good but the staff was generally very unmotivated, or at least it seemed that way. There was not that many people so the wait times and the attitude from the staff were not justifiable I think… it’s a pity because I have to say Eataly has has lost its charm and character over the years.

Magnificent and unique restaurant. Although the service was first class, the restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere. Good price-quality ratio.
