Once again, Impronta impresses with its perfect consistency: an excellent meal plus extremely polite and professional service is a guarantee of an outstanding lunch and dinner. Everything here has its place and leads to one goal: the satisfaction of the guests. They should consider introducing a patent for their dishes and ... a subscription for gourmets of walnut ravioli and Iberian pork. We will be the first in line on the list !

During our 2 week visit to Italy where we enjoyed varied and delicious food for 14 days, Impronta stands out for sophisticated, delicious and well-executed dishes. The tuna tartar appetizer was perfectly seasoned and made of the freshest ingredients. It was my favorite amongst the wonderful offerings that we had that evening. I would also recommend the mixed seafood fritti, fried to perfection, the seafood was tender and succulent. The vibe was relaxing and modern, we had a lovely experience.

The perfect intimate dining room, attentive but not intrusive service, and the food was delightful! The sea bass was so flavorful with a beautiful zucchini sauce that was light and complimented the julienned vegetables perfectly. So well balanced and just so yummy!! The raviolis were off the charts as was the flan dessert. Highly recommend!

Modern decor and innovative food in a fascinating area of Venice. Service was prompt and polite. Seating was comfortable. I went there for lunch but I think the restaurant would be very nice in the evening as well.

A truly unforgettable experience at Impronta! We celebrated a special little girls’ day and were blown away by the impeccable service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome they even surprised us with a delicious dessert, beautifully plated with “Happy Birthday” written on the dish. Every course was exquisite, and the atmosphere was both elegant and warm. Impronta is more than just a restaurant it’s a place where memories are made. Highly recommended!

The restaurant catered incredibly well for my boyfriend’s peanut allergy, and had an entire vegetarian menu for me. The food was incredible and the service impeccable (thank you Roman and the other guy whose name we didn’t get). Would definitely recommend you go here if you are in Venice and looking for something special. 10/10.

The food was extraordinary. All our selected dishes were simply delicious in solid ambience and excellent service. I ate the tuna tartar- it was thoroughly delicious and stylish heap; the baked sea bass also tasty and my wife enjoyed the sea food pasta ( tagliatelle)dish; service was excellent. Strongly recommend.

La cucina meravigliosa. In three words, a story about a perfect meal crowning an incredible experience of the Venetian carnival. The perfect service of the staff perfectly matches the decor and atmosphere of the place serving amazing dishes on Murano glass; the colorful sauces for ravioli and tagliatelle, like the canvases of Bellini and Titian, enhance the flavors and prepare the palate for a feast with goat and black cuttlefish in the leading roles, washed down with excellent wine. Impronta's perfect cuisine is a must-see when visiting Venice. Thank you for your hospitality and see you in June.

Over all it was a very nice evening at Impronta. The food was excellent and really nicely presented. Service, equally excellent. I was wondering about the decoration? Impronta has such a great rating and the potential is super. Why did they go with unauthentic decoration style? The walls are covered with printed foils that have a cheep feel to it and makes the ambient of the place a little cold. I miss the stone, wood, something real.
